This air-conditioned apartment is composed as follows: you enter and access an entrance hall with a corridor leading to the living/dining room with direct access to the terrace. Opposite the corridor is the kitchen with access to a second terrace also accessible from the bedroom. The air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed and a dressing room. Regarding the exterior, you have a pleasant terrace with a table and chairs. This is the ideal rental, allowing you to enjoy your vacation without touching the vehicle. Access to a garage. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before entering the premises and no later than 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For greater comfort, you can choose the option of having sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged a €100 surcharge. Weekday arrivals after 6 p.m. will also be charged a surcharge. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A €5 surcharge per day per pet will apply. We require a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. You will be required to provide proof of holiday insurance or civil liability insurance. No rental will be finalized without these documents.
