The residence's free car park allows you to park 2 vehicles. The rental is ideally located just 5 minutes by car from the port of Sanary-sur-Mer and the beaches. The rental consists of an entrance leading to the semi-open fitted kitchen, the living room with air conditioning and balcony, the bathroom, the separate toilet and the bedroom. In the bedroom you will find a 140*190 double bed with dressing room and television. For additional sleeping accommodation, a sofa bed is available in the living room. Outside, a terrace with table and chairs is at your disposal. It is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children or even retirees who want to discover the region in peace while being close to the city center and the beaches. We ask for a 25% deposit. The balance is due 1 month before moving into the premises and no later than 2 weeks before your arrival, except for last minute reservations. A tourist tax must be paid to the owner for each tenant over 18 years of age. The amount established by the Tourist Board applies. Final cleaning is included and included in the price. For greater comfort, you have the option of having bed linen and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will incur a surcharge of 100 euros. Arrivals after 6 p.m. on working days will also incur a surcharge. We ask that you leave us a deposit by check or cash upon arrival, this will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order.
