This 2-bedroom apartment, completely renovated in 2017, features air conditioning, a large garden, parking, and Wi-Fi internet access. Located in a beautiful, quiet, tree-lined residence, you have a private parking space right in front of the building's entrance. The apartment features an entrance hall opening onto the living/dining area. In this space, you'll find a sofa bed. Continuing on, you'll find a small balcony. You then have a separate kitchen right next to the dining area. This kitchen was built in 2017 with beautiful appliances, including a large refrigerator and freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and more. From the kitchen, you access a balcony leading down to the garden. The outdoor area features garden furniture and an electric barbecue. It's a garden overlooking a quiet street, where you'll love to enjoy your meals and spend time. The sleeping area features two bedrooms, both air-conditioned. The first has a double bed and a large walk-in closet. The second floor has two single pull-out beds, a desk and chair, and a large walk-in closet. Both bedrooms open onto a long balcony overlooking your garden. Finally, you have a superb new bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a washing machine. The toilet is separate. This is the ideal rental if you want to spend a quiet vacation in Sanary, in modern and recent comfort, while being able to do everything on foot without having to use your car. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before entering the premises and no later than 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged a €100 surcharge. Weekday arrivals after 6 p.m. will also be charged a surcharge. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A €5 surcharge per day per pet will apply. We require a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. You will be required to provide proof of holiday insurance or civil liability insurance. No rental will be finalized without these documents.
