“The Zen Hotel was great. They had a hard time finding my reservation at first but that happens at times. We had 2 rooms during our stay with both being Deluxe Studios with 1 King Bed with sofa bed. The rooms were nice. One had a beautiful view of the city. The room was nice and the bath room had good hot water. WiFI was excellent as well. “From the moment I booked my stay at this property, I was already in constant communication with Freddy at the front desk for whatever questions I may have. Freddy set up my hotel pick both ways. “We loved our stay here. We had our two teenage sons with us and the room was perfect. The staff was incredible- so helpful and answered all our questions. They called taxis for us, recommended delicious restaurants, and even stayed up for us to arrive nearly in the middle of the night. “The hosts are so sweet. Breakfast is very good they will cook eggs and bacon fresh for you. The rooms are very clean with fresh flowers a lovely touch. “The property feels safer than any I’ve been it.
The interior design is upbeat and unlike your average hotel. Great bedding, great tree top view allowed us to be entertained by mourning doves and hummingbirds. The breakfast was average for this area: eggs, fruit, fruit juice with or without sugar. In house roasted coffee. The manager and staff were efficient and friendly. We particularly liked Fernanda, the woman who served us breakfast on day one off three.”
