Security Deposit
A refundable $500 security bond is required for all bookings. This will be processed on your arrival day, or 24–48 hours prior if you're arriving on a public holiday. (Note – this does not apply for Airbnb bookings)

• Check-In: From 2:00 PM, or 3:00 PM during peak periods (school holidays, Christmas, Easter, and public holidays)
• Check-Out: strictly 10:00 AM during peak periods
If you're arriving outside of the peak times, early check-in may be possible—contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you

By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the following house rules:
• No parties – this home is not a party home, it is intended for quiet, family-friendly stays.
• Please keep noise to a respectful level at all times
• No smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes anywhere on the property – indoors or outdoors.
• No Fireworks, firearms, or any explosives will be tolerated
• No Motorbike riding on the property
• No Driving or parking on lawns or garden areas

Please note: Failure to follow these rules can result in early termination of your stay without a refund, and your security bond will be forfeited.

This place is absolutely filthy

This place has so much potential but its absolutely filthy, cobwebs everywhere (literally everywhere), spiders in every corner of the room and hundreds of bugs up in the ceiling, sofa and beds stained with god knows what and even found what looks like blood on one of the beds, food and medication that has been expired for over 20 years just lying around, random clutter in the rooms, no instructions regarding hot water, wifi or how to access the laundry which was locked.Honestly an absolute disappointment

The house with potential

Unfortunately the place wasn’t very clean at all ranging from mouse poo on the bench to some nuts under the table. The shower has a lot of mold in the silastic around the base. The toilet door is screwed together and doesn’t shut, fair amount of cobwebs around the couches ect. The deck would have been awesome had it been cleaned up also. This property would be a great little place if some money was spent on fixing it up. Has an awesome view of the lake! Overall just lacked the cleanliness which made for a poor experience but has great potential to be an awesome little place!

Location... great, House...ok....Oz Manager...needs some work

Overall the location is great however the house is a small 1960 built home with furniture to match. Its directly in front of the water ( a short walk down hill a path) But i will fault this accommodation for a few things.... Firstly - dealing with Oz Real-estate in Huskisson that manage the property was terrible. I had left multiple messages and phone calls with the "Holiday Rental side of the business" , a week prior with no one returning my call. I was not even given directions on how to check in... had to hunt them down to get the key on the day of check in which was terrible first start to our holiday. The only way to get hold of someone in OZ real-estate was to call and say i have a house to sell or buy and only then did i get a call back. It was a joke that they finally called me back on the day i was checking out to answer my question about arranging linen for my trip that i left over a week prior.. WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. The house itself has a great view of the bay and natural wildlife however there is NO AIRCON, and NO WAY TO OPEN the windows as they are sealed shut. The few windows that do open only a small bit allowing no air to flow into the house. Furthermore the main back door which is the only way to cool the house down has no fly screen which means insects are all through the house. My kids were eaten while they slept. Furniture needs to be updated.... very old and and uncomfortable. It can easily be solved with a more updated L-shape couch to get rid of the small 2 seat couch and two old single chairs in the lounge room... Cutlery needs to be updated as well as most of the spoons had rust stains.

This property does have direct access to the water, despite a previous posters review. Beautiful location and views, had a few visits from possums and birds. House is quaint, could do with an update and refresh as its an older style house, but was fine for what we needed.

Sanctuary point property needs a thorough deep clean. Listing on stayz May need to be tweaked.

Listing on stayz states easy access to St. George’s basin from the property however, the water is a steep drop off from the back yard. Kitchen needs a good clean, plates and cutlery was dirty. Not clean enough considering current pandemic. Location is good. And neighbour hood seemed nice with wildlife.
