“This was our third consecutive year staying at this place over Christmas & New Years & each stay has been absolutely perfect. The house is very comfortable & has everything you need. It is within a short drive of both Hyams & Collingwood beaches as well as groceries, restaurants/cafes & other shops. Our family has thoroughly enjoyed each stay here & we are already keen to book the next one!”

“Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for 5 people. Peace, quiet (cicada version of quiet!), kangaroo families, fire pit, close to beaches and lake. The solitude of the lakefront was a highlight, just us and the birds and leaping fish. Cabin had everything we needed (just byo linen). Great bush and water experience, highly recommended. ”

“Sparkling clean, well-appointed 3 bedroom home with a beautiful outlook to the creek from the expansive covered deck and backyard. We were visited by kangaroos and a variety of birds. The hosts have thought of everything and even provided cooking oil, aluminium foil, honey and Vegemite. It was a little unusual having a second bathroom which was only accessible via the rear deck and we were surprised at the level of road traffic noise during the night given the location. The home is comfortable……

“Nicely renovated inside, however there is no front yard or backyard to sit and relax. There is old timber furniture in the yard and it is tiny and surrounded by colorbond fences. Would’ve liked some lush plants, so it felt inviting. Also main bedroom had mould on the roller blinds & it smelt musky. ”

“Location was quiet and close to shops and cafes. The house was neat and tidy with modern amenities. Easy self check in. Our dog loved the big backyard. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would stay there again.”
