Williamsburg Sand Lakes Quiet Area Hotels

"Everything was very nice. I did not take advantage of any of the amenities outside of our room. I was disappointed that I was charged a nightly resort fee of $21 for each day that I stayed. We did not take advantage of any of the other amenities such as the pool tennis courts or exercise room. I would’ve considered an alternate place to stay if I knew my total nightly charge was going to be increased for amenities that I was not using. "

"We visited this property over NYE and it was absolutely wonderful. There were 10 guests total and plenty of room to spread out. The home was very clean, spacious, and in a perfect location, close to Elk Rapids and Traverse City. Owners were very responsive to our calls/text messages, and everything was great. We would absolutely book again! "

"The Lautner House was amazing! So nice to have everything NEWLY renovated -- from all the interior materials, to the high-quality and comfortable furniture, to the spacious, sparkling kitchen and appliances, to the comfortable beds and soft linens. Did I mention the two bathrooms with large, luxurious showers? The owner has the house tastefully decorated and well stocked, and the smart TV worked perfectly and was EASY to operate. The large, completely fenced in backyard received a five-star rating from our happy pup. The house's location just a few miles from downtown Traverse City is ideal, as it's away from the congestion and traffic, while just a short drive to so many attractions, including beaches, restaurants, cafes, family fun, etc. Our visit to the Traverse City area to visit relatives over Christmas was a huge success because of this property. Thank you! We'd love to return. "
