Winter Paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Seasons many times over the years, and in this unit specifically for three winters. Great unit, quiet and clean. The amenities are excellent. The staff at Elite Hospitality and Seasons are professional and very helpful. I highly recommend! Burger Dock, Thai Nghiri and Powder Hound Pizza are all an easy walk! Schweitzer mountain is super close, and the views of the sun rising over the lake are priceless!

Great vacation spot!

We were scheduled to fly to Maui on the day of the devastating wildfires for stay near Lahaina. We canceled that trip and looked to see if there was a last minute alternative within driving distance of a home in Seattle. We feel really lucky to have found this gorgeous spot. The location is excellent - on a sandy (for a lake anyway) beach with gorgeous views of Lake Pend Oreille. It's within an easy walk of the charming downtown, which I still recognize from my childhood summers spent there despite its gentrification. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well appointed. It wasn't perfect but the things I didn't like are fairly picky, such as the lack of any beach equipment (which is something I've come to expect in beachfront properties). I also didn't love the early morning leaf blower outside our patio. I wish they had umbrellas at the beach & allowed floaties in the pool, but again, those are pretty minor. We don't often stay at vacation rentals more than once, but agree that we would stay here again.

These units sit right on the shore of the lake with an amazing outdoor pool and private beach. The rental unit was decorated beautifully and well stocked with everything you might need & the staff was incredibly helpful anytime we had questions. We also loved that it was in walking distance to downtown. This was the perfect place for a family friendly vacation & we can’t wait to plan our next visit!

clean, safe, organized. construction around the property was fairly organized, but the back up beepers on the forklifts were annoying. All part of progress of adding more rentals to enjoy the amazing views.

Our first time to Sandpoint and we could not have asked for a better location!! Right in the heart of everything!! The condo was beautifully furnished and spotless!! You couldn’t ask for a better view from the patio. We had a great stay and will be back to stay at this property again!!

Beautiful Condo, Fantastic location, 1st Class Grounds and Marina. Excellent security. Views are amazing from this location. Great place for couple, friends or family. Damage deposit refunded in two days of stay!!! Highly Recommend.

Great location! Beautiful views! Clean! Highly recommend staying here!

Property was perfect. Super clean well kept grounds. Beautiful views! The pool and hot tub area was fantastic. Marina right out front was fantastic as well. Beach area was super clean all the time. Condo had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
