It was just as advertised. We liked the pond and feeling of the wild just across the street. Very quiet even though it was in a small and packed development. The only thing we wish it had was a fire pit…that would have been perfect! Still, we would stay again.

Great Stay

This cabin was the perfect place to stay for a few days with our dog to check out the Sand Point area. It was clean and had just enough room for four adults. It is walking distance to the water and Dover Park and a quick easy drive over to Sand Point. We would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing time at this property as it was well appointed and cozy. Close to the lake with Dover city beach and SUPing close by. A quick drive into Sandpoint topped off this location. Highly recommend!

Very cute condo with everything you’ll need. Bed was so comfortable, the area was super nice with a very friendly community and very safe ! 2min walk from the water and not even a 10 minute drive to sandpoint if you wanted more beach. Overall amazing stay !

Lovely little place

Great little place for my husband and I to stay. Very clean and cute. Full kitchen. Nice size loft bedroom. The only issue we had was the wifi password didnt work. But not a big deal. We will stay again if back in the area.

We stay at Dover Bay every year; usually booked direct with Dover Bay. The bed mattress does need to be improved.

Bicycle ride into Sandpoint

If you needed ANYTHING, it is a ride into town. Or a short drive. Modern "cabin" is adequate. Although dog friendly, the community of Dover is not so friendly. Dogs only on paved trails. NOT on the beach anywhere, not off leash anywhere, not on dirt paths anywhere. This if fine if your fido likes walking on hot hot blacktop. This is not any problem/responsibility with the property. It is just something dog owners might want to know.
