This property was an absolute delight to stay at with my dog when visiting Sandpoint in late June. I make the trip annually from the PNW to visit my dad and I usually stay at his house about 25 minutes north of town. This year I decided to stay in town and really get a feel of local life. This was the perfect house for that since it's only a 5 minute walk to First St. and about 10 minutes over to Cedar St. It's nestled in a beautiful neighborhood just 1 block from the lake and the Third St. Pier where gorgeous views of the lake and await. The house is amazingly appointed with gorgeous furniture and top notch amenities. The kitchen is a dream and has every single thing you could possibly need to make full meals, and even a bag of coffee that lasted me for several days. Storage is ample throughout the home, and the main bedroom has a slider that opens directly to the back porch and yard. The porch is perfect for a quiet morning coffee and afternoon happy hours. The living room has cozy blankets and multiple leather couches and chairs to curl up in while reading or watching a movie. The house was spotless when I arrived, and everything needed to keep it clean while I was there was provided as well. The only caveat I would give are to bring an eyemask if you're not wanting to be up with the sun as the main bedroom has a high window and shades are quite translucent. l'd absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for a visit to Sandpoint.
