「Staff Joey was helpful, vending machine products were expired, WiFi worked for 20 minutes total and they charge $260 holding fee for incidentals(I called confirming I was to pay $70 which is what my booking reservation said I owed as well as a front desk agent to then be told $260) Overall it was a generic hotel with the word lodge attached minus complimentary items Was a good place to sleep but will not book again」

「We never saw or talked to anyone at the property from the time we checked-in until we checked out. They leave a sign with your name on it and instructions on what to do. A lot of stairs and hallways made hauling large luggage awkward. They ask you to take your shoes off on entry. Carrying shoes and hauling luggage was even more awkward. It is easy to slip on the stairs in stocking feet. If you don’t give 48 hours notice you cannot have breakfast. For a boutique hotel they could over some sort...

「Very nice all ways around. The staff was outstanding. Some of the owners were something to be desired and a bit rude. The staff was on it right away. We would Love to stay again and take more family to enjoy the resort . Dinner was wonderful and the little coffee shop was terrific.」
