Great location!

We were able to walk to downtown and drive 20 minutes to the ski resort. Great property to spend family time and enjoy the view when we had downtime. Good to know for guests that the third bedroom has a pocket door so not ideal for privacy.

Perfect Sandpoint Getaway

This property is perfect. Super easy walk to Main Street. The condo is very well appointed and very clean. Breathtaking views. The parking garage is a HUGE benefit during the winter. We will definitely stay again soon.

Modern Condo with panoramic Lake Views - Perfect!

We had a summer cabin on Lake Pend Orielle for 20 years, which we recently sold. This is a perfect spot for return visits to see friends & family. The condo is modern, clean & comfortable with beautiful lake views and excellent proximity to town. Daugherty Management is top notch regarding ease of booking, parking & explanations of what to expect. We’ll be back!

Schweitzer Ski Trip

Great location for a family ski trip to Schweitzer. Easy 20 min mountain drive to the lifts, yet walking distance to downtown after you return. Spacious, well furnished and equipped property with an excellent view of the lake from the 3rd floor patio. Underground, secure parking is nice. Easy interaction with the property manager. The kitchen is very well stocked, view is beautiful, kids loved the pool and hot tub. The sound proofing is very well done, you do not notice the trains that go along the tracks adjacent to the property.

Perfect Girls Weekend

We rented this property for a girls weekend and had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. The view of the lake was spectacular and the pool & hot tub were one of the highlights. It was very easy to contact the property manager via text and to checkout. We will be back again.

So nicely appointed!

We stayed on-property in a different condo this summer then came back and stayed in this one a month later. The owners have done a beautiful job outfitting the kitchen, choosing very comfortable furniture, and providing an air purifier to boot. They even treated us with a bag of Evan’s Bros coffee and some gift-boxed toiletries. The property’s amenities, lake view, and proximity to restaurants are the best in-town. We had a wonderful extended weekend - thank you!!
