Extended Stay America Sandston hotels

"The hotel was clean, relaxing and beautiful. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel also provided a wonderful experience for my dog. My only issue at the hotel was about the breakfast. At the check in process and at the restaurant, we were informed that the breakfast was included. The food and services at the breakfast area were excellent, but just at the time of checkout, we were informed that we had a credit of only $30 per day for breakfast for 3 people. In addition, the hotel doesn’t have any breakfast for $10. We had to pay for breakfast for every day we stay at the hotel and we felt frustrated for hidden fee and information. "

"Great customer service the young lady and the gentleman was very polite I didn't know too much about the place and they didn't have a problem explaining without getting mad plus it was very clean I really like that"

"There was no one initially at the desk when we got there, had to wait about 10 minutes. The person had left the premises with no one for back up. When we got to the room - the Television didn't work, the bathroom door worked but was basically broken, the toilet paper dispenser was broken, and the place just seemed to be....old. Bed was comfy though."
