“It was a fine stay, except their website states there is a free continental breakfast. There was no breakfast at all. That is disappointing.”

“This is a great place to stay if you need an inexpensive room. Room was much larger than expected with even a water view. It had everything I needed except for WiFi. I was on the end which was very quiet, but unfortunately the WiFi worked only near the office. I’d stay again but would ask for a room next to the office. Easy to get to Proctor and Duluth from this location.”

“There is a notice property is under new ownership and renovations underway. However, be very aware that anyone can walk into the building at night or day, no security locks at front or side entrance. It's extremely difficult to feel safe there and I wouldn't have stayed if I had been by myself.”
