Living Room has a convertible bed as well.
The unit is on the 2nd floor, 12 short steps from the parking lot.
Our home features two 50" TVs in the living room and kid’s room, and each other bedroom has a 24" TV.

Being in Northeastern part of Ohio and right next to the lake, in rare occasions, the weather can be unpredictable. While we cannot share access to basement due to safety and insurance reason. Safety protocol for a solid brick building like ours is to stay between doorways or in the bathroom. Power outage during extreme cold weather can happen but our building has a backup generator so it is safe to stay put during negative windchill weather.
