There is no parking at the property which I knew but when I asked where I could park I was tolded incorrectly and my car was towed the night before I left. Do not park at the monument.

Good but hotels.com communication

The hotel itself was nice and accommodating. My issue is obly with hotels.com some reason did not give then our handicapped requirement and i reserved a ground floor handicapped accommodating room. The hotel doesnt have an elevator and i have a person using a walker climbing stiars because of this

This is more of a motel than hotel but exceeded my expectations of a motel. When we arrived, I didn’t know what to expect from the outside but the rooms have been updated and look very nice. They were clean and spacious and conveniently located downtown where all the action is. Not too much need for a golf cart since everything is in the same area but you can rent one right where you check in for your room! Very much convenient

This was a nice place except i was under the impression their was a pool. The pool is actually a block away from the property. Wasn't informed of this until our second day there. I would recommend you ask questions and ask again to be sure. Other than that everyone was great

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. The experience was far below expectations and did not match the description provided on your website. Firstly, the hotel did not have a proper parking lot, which made it extremely difficult for us to park our car. In addition, the property was not a typical hotel, but more of a go-kart facility with only three or four rooms available for guests. This was misleading and not made clear prior to booking. The room itself was very disappointing. The bedsheets and pillowcases were visibly unclean and, to our shock, had what appeared to be blood stains. Despite your website stating that breakfast would be provided, there was no breakfast available during our stay. Our room was located directly in front of the go-kart area, which created constant loud noise from visitors using the facility. To make matters worse, there was also a restaurant next to the room playing very loud music, making it difficult to rest or relax. Overall, this was not the experience we were promised, and I am extremely unhappy with the stay. I kindly request a response regarding this matter, and I believe a refund or some form of compensation is warranted

The place did not look like a $300/night hotel it looked like a motel. This was not family friendly with bars playing music past 1am. There was trash left in the room. There is no parking for guest and the hotel does not have a swimming pool as advertised. The pool is at another hotel which is also not kid friendly. You have to wait in line to clock in along with people who are also renting a golf cart or ordering food. We thought we were at the wrong location. It’s close to a park which was nice

When we got to the property, after the already inflated price of $553/night, we were told there were additional fees not included in the price on Hotels.com and that the actual price was $659/night!!! Television only got one channel and when we had maintenance come look at it the first morning, the guy said he had to get his brother and then NEVER came back. No coffee maker. No hairdryer. This was an unbelievably bad stay!!!

Terrible stay

It was not a good experience. First of all the beds and pillows were terrible. The bed are old and squeak every time you move. No WiFi No phone in the room, the bar next door blasted music til 2am with people screaming. At 4am several men were fighting out side our window. With no phone or WiFi we couldn’t call the police.

Close to everything. Staff was no help. There is no parking at hotel and the staff was unable to to offer any help. Got a golf cart for Saturday until sundy returned by noon for 80.00. To get one to use to help in parking the car somewhere for an hour or so was going to be charged an additional 80.00. Very noisy upstairs at around 500am. I think it is the help there. We will definitely find somewhere else with parking if we ever go back there.

The room was so much better than we expected!! It was so spacious and clean and the bathroom was very nice! For that location, -- right in the midst of everything -- we could not believe how nice the room was! We will definitely be booking here from now on.

The staff here are the best. The rooms always look great and we always enjoy our stays here. We would love to stay there later in the season but none of our boats will fit in their large rooms:) Thanks again.
