Overall we enjoyed our stay. There were some issues that maintenance needs to fix. We had no communication at all with anyone except when I called the emergency number because the key didn’t work but even then, I think that was a call service. They did get someone out to fix the lock in a few hours but we needed someone to stay behind to be there and they missed out on the evening’s events. A few things that needs extra attention - Toilet in half bath keeps running (the handle is broken and needs to be giggled back up after flush)Kitchen cabinet above sink has a loose doorHandle on entertainment shelf in living room looseDrain in master bath drains very slowOven extremely dirtyI’m only writing these things here because I don’t know how else to communicate it as there was no one in communication with us. It’s our first time using VRBO so I’m not sure if that’s usual or not. I had family that rented another condo at the same place and their property manager was in touch throughout the entire process. I followed their lead and information because we weren’t given much.

Perfect!

Location was perfect! 10 min from Cedar Point and Jet Express is a short walk to access to go over to Put-in-Bay. Plenty of options for dining within walking distance. Weather had been much colder than normal so we unfortunately only had 1 day at the pool and hot tub. It was extremely clean and well maintained! Will definitely be back and hope the weather cooperates next time around to enjoy more outdoor activities.

Overall a very nice place., with the ac exception of the AC system not working the patio door not locking and 1 row of lights being out everything was as it should have been.

Good time

We had a very enjoyable time at the property. The service in the area was terrible for cell service. Since you didn't send email with arrival instructions till hours before I didn't get the email and had to call to send again. This was frustrating! I would recommend sending info day before. Thanks!

VERY POOR COMMUNICATION

When we checked in I msgd the host about a missigng parking pass and he never responded. When we got back to our condo Satuday night the AC was out (our stay was mid July so it was HOT)- msgd the host and he claimed he put in a service call but no one was getting back to him. Went to check out and the washing machine was full of wet sheets from before our arrival on Friday. Some of this could have been overlooked had he apologized for the inconveniences but he never did. Very dissapointing will be sure to not stay with this host again.

Great location, Great Condo, bonus extra beds!

Our family came for a pre-Memorial day getaway to Cedar Point, Kelley’s Island, and Put in Bay. What a great location to do all of those sites! Condo was very clean, well stocked, and super comfortable. Really appreciate the firm master bed. Also, we were pleasantly surprised to find 3 extra beds in the unit. Instead of a futon, there was a trundle bed and the foosball table was moved downstairs to make room for another trundle bed. Our kids loved all the sleeping options. Master shower was relaxing after a long day and big kitchen breakfast bar was perfect for meals. We plan to come back and stay here again! Thanks!

Traveling Seniors

When we arrived, the temperature was in the 50s, so cold. Took 2 hours to bring it up to 70. The rug in kitchen is awfully dirty. No pillowcases upstairs, had to wrap pillows in a sheet. Only 1 wash cloth for 3 days. When we got home we were called by the owner. He said he has turned us over to police department, any day they will be arresting my husband or my grandson foe stealing several packages out of hallway. They have us on camera. We did not take another persons property.

Great location and space!

This condo was great for our visit to Cedar Point, and Lake Erie Islands. The unit was clean and comfortable for the three of us. Plenty of room for us, but we honestly didn’t spend much time there. The location is walking distance to downtown Sandusky and a quick drive to Cedar Point. My only disappointment was the shallow balcony with no seating. We were hoping to enjoy our morning coffee but it was not conducive for that.

Friends weekend

The location of this condo is perfect for whatever venture your hearts desire ! We walked everywhere to shop , eat and take a Jet Express ride ! And the pool was clean and the hot tub was very well maintained as well ! There is a nice officer named Jim who helped us with any questions we had and we felt we were in a very secure place ! The condo was beautiful !

Beautiful on the lake condo

Incredible space for families, perfect kids' room with separate space downstairs for adults. Close to everything in downtown Sandusky. Very cozy. Easy communication. Great pool. Would stay here again!

Perfect for a trip to cedar point

This is a beautiful condo perfect for a family to enjoy all that cedar point area has to offer. It was spotless and the steam shower was such a ! We enjoyed the view of the lake and the pool and the condo provided everything necessary to feel like you are home while on vacation. The owner was quick to respond and I really couldn’t have found a more central location. Highly recommend.

Wonderful family get away

The unit was beautiful and clean upon arrival. The rooms were great for my husband and I and our two teens. We also brought my mother in law and we were all comfortable. There are games to play we enjoyed scrabble at the end of the night. The hot tub and pool were a lot of fun. Our hose was very helpful and responded quickly anytime we had questions. Cedar point is literally around the corner. Which is so nice after a long tiring day. We were back within 10-25 minutes. Enjoyed another dip in the pool and hit tub to relax. There are a lot of cool things to see if you go out walking too. Over all we had a fantastic time. The property was amazing and we were very happy with our stay! Highly recommend.
