「My lady friends and I were in Sandwich for a family event and chose this location for our stay. This home is in a quiet historic neighborhood within walking distance to shops, cafes and the 4th of July parade route. The home has been beautifully updated and maintained without losing its historic charm. 「My family of 6 and our little dog stayed here on our vacation to the cape. Everything was spotless upon our arrival and looked just like the photos. In a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, close enough to activities but far enough for privacy. Keyless check-in/out was super easy. 「Our family of 18 adults and 3 babies just returned from a wonderful week at Nye House. There was so much to do; the pool and barn game room were big favorites! Plenty of room to spread out and the house and cottage were very well furnished. Josh was very easy to deal with and always answered my questions right away. Overall it was a great experience.」

「The house feels much larger than it looks in the photos. There is a dining room and a kitchen table. We played cards and games at night without waking the baby. The kitchen is beautiful, all new with everything we needed. Washer and dryer in basement, billiards in a seperate rec room, fire pit and grill in the yard. Only 2 steps to get inside plus ample parking. 」

「We stayed for 6 days at the Sandwich lodge and resort. The rooms and facility is well maintained. Our room was quite large. Staff is pleasant and efficient. The Lodge is with easy walking distance of a grocery, CVS and other stores. Many great restaurants in the immediate area.」

「This home and its property was like a dream! We traveled with 3 kids (ages 1, 3, and 11) and we felt safe, we had tons of space and plenty for the kids to do. The location is convenient to so many things, we highly recommend Heritage Park! The backyard is massive and a great place to hang out, plus there are bunnies hopping around. There was a whole downstairs level we didn’t even use, which would have been perfect for our in-laws if they came with us. This house had all the amenities you need...

「This home was a gorgeous, relaxing home with beautiful marsh views, an abundance of wildlife, and relaxing spaces to enjoy the outdoors. The amenities inside were top notch. The beds were very comfortable. The living spaces accommodated our family quite well. Our sons enjoyed the upstairs deck for nighttime sky viewing. The beautiful piano was a favorite of our youngest son. Our next family vacation in Sandwich will be a repeat at Marsh Mellow!」
