「This was one of the highlights of our 3 week stay in the UK. Gorgeous old house, massive room decorated beautifully, spotlessly clean and gorgeous grounds. 「The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is well prepared. Landlady arranged late check in for us. But there is no hot water for shower. Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed. In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful. 」
