「Great location ski in and ski out! 」

「The overall stay was great. The room rate was great, however combined with Zermatt resort fee and Expedia fee negated any savings. Cold water in bathroom sink didn't work, everything else was great.」

For one, bedspreads, fitted sheets (queen beds with flat king sheets), and blankets (a thin blanket provided) would be welcome. Only one of the two burner stove-top worked. The unit looked out on a parking lot and big light and the curtains did not extend below the window sill and the light shined in the room at all hours. The...

「Great access to the ski lifts and the multiple hot tubs and sauna/steam rooms were very enjoyable. Our second floor room had a great view of the ski jumps from our balcony. The room was quite dated and water pressure issues created a very loud and exhausting noise during the entirety of the shower being used. The ceilings were also very thin and we were woken constantly at night and each morning by the 3rd floor residents. 」
