No Internet service at all

I planned to work remotely while on vacation, so having a reliable internet connection was crucial. However, after checking in, I discovered that I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi. On top of that, there was no cell phone signal or TV service due to the lack of internet. In other words, I spent three nights in total frustration, without TV, cell phone, or internet access, making it impossible to work remotely. After about 20 attempts, I finally reached the site manager, who informed me that since it was late in the afternoon, they couldn't send anyone to fix the issue but promised to send someone the next morning. Unfortunately, no one showed up, and I was left completely disconnected for the rest of my stay, in total darkness, until I returned home today.
