“That property should be condemned. That laundry room needs a new washing machine. The washing machine has to be unplugged, allowed to power off, and then be restarted. Even then that washer is still difficult to start. The apartment itself was livable for a few days but not more than a week. The location is wonderful in downtown Sanford. I honestly would not recommend renting this place again.”

"Conveniently located near airport and nearby restaurants. A major weakness in the free airport shuttle service: we waited at the airport for over 1 hour for pickup, inspite of calling 2 times to ask for status."
