I also wish the next hotel coming near Kim young market Base from the staff say they have 1 more new hotel much more bigger is on the way hopefully the hotel and service , room must be the same service from icon hotel i wish to come back to Hatyai and suer will stay at icon hotel again. "Great hotel. It is near Chinatown Hatyai. We grab some breakfast there. Otherwise you will have to take a grab or tuktuk to Lee Garden or Kim Yong market. Hotel is very clean and friendly staffs. "

The room cleanliness still needs improvement eventhough looks tidy but the floor is quite sticky and can see strains of hair on the floor or the bed, the bedsheet is also looking quite yellowish or with stains."
