Leider enttäuschend – Bildern sahen leider besser aus --Die Unterkunft ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und für sechs Personen nicht geeignet – weder vom Platzangebot noch vom allgemeinen Zustand her. Viele Einrichtungsgegenstände waren beschädigt oder nur notdürftig repariert, was den Gesamteindruck leider stark beeinträchtigt hat.Die Fotos vermitteln einen deutlich besseren Eindruck, als die Realität bietet.Positiv hervorzuheben ist die schöne Lage der Anlage – ruhig gelegen und dennoch ideal, um Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung schnell zu erreichen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und alle Reinigungsutensilien waren im genüge vorhanden. Handtücher gab es auch ausreichend.Fazit: Aufgrund des schlechten Zustands würden wir diese Unterkunft nicht erneut buchen.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage als Familie dort verbracht. Die Wohnung hat alles was es braucht um gemütliche Tage in der wunderschönen Umgebung zu verbringen. 3 Etagen (wen der Eingangsbereich mitgezählt wird) 3 Fernseher, Küche mit Wach- und Spülmaschine. Backofen und großer Kühlschrank mit 3 Gefrierfächern. Südseitenbalkon mit toller Aussicht. Besonders den netten Kontakt zum Vermieter, der auf alle Fragen schnell geantwortet hat möchten wir hier noch extra erwähnen. Die Anlage ist zwar schon älter - aber die öffentlichen Bereiche sind sauber und im Innenhof wird anscheinend gerade neben der Minigolfanlage wieder etwas erneuert bzw. instandgesetzt. Sehr positiv waren wir von der Größe des Pools, dem Gym und vom Saunabereich überrascht. Gerade im Saunabereich wurde anscheinend einiges sehr schön erneuert. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Wohnung und die Anlage nur empfehlen und könnten uns schon bald wieder einen Urlaub dort vorstellen.

Freizeiteinrichtungen geschlossen

Ich habe die Fewo gebucht um meinen Enkeln eine Freude zu machen.Im Internet bewerben sie die Wohnung mit Schwimmbad und Family World.Beide Einrichtungen sind für Wochen geschlossen.Deshalb waren wir die einzigen Gäste im Resort.Nicht mal die Reception war besetzt und Gaststätten geschlossen.Für meine Enkel war daqs Wochenende gelaufen.Die Werbung auf ihrer Internetseite ist doch totaler Betrug und ich verlange einen Preisnachlass. Eine außergewöhnliche Ferienwohnung

Wir haben hier eine wunderbare Woche Herbsturlaub verlebt. Die Wohnung ist schon architektonisch interessant, weil sie, wenn man die Garderobe mitzählt, über 3 Etagen geht und vor allem im Dachgeschoss mit sehr hoher Decke und Kamin (ist allerdings stillgelegt, sieht aber gut aus) und Loggia geradezu luxuriöses Flair hat. Die Ausstattung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen, - es gibt allein 3 Fernseher mit Sat- und Internetfernsehen, Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Alle Geräte waren intakt und die Sauberkeit der Wohnung kann man nur als vorbildlich bezeichnen. Der Südseitenbalkon erlaubt bei gutem Wetter eine Fernsicht bis zum Alpenrand und auch schöne Sonnenuntergänge konnten wir genießen. Die Fitness- und Wellnessangebote des Resort Predigtstuhl, darunter ein richtig großes Schwimmbad, Sauna und Fitnessraum haben wir auch gern genutzt. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich. Wir sind direkt vor Ort losgewandert und haben den Pröllergipfel (1048m) bestiegen und Ausflüge nach Regensburg, Passau und in den Nationalpark Bayerischer Wald (Fahrt jeweils ca. 45-60 min) gemacht. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit zu erreichen. Wir würden hier jederzeit gern wieder Urlaub machen.

Sehr sehr schönes Penthouse. Die Lage ist super und der Ausblick auch. Ist sehr zu empfehlen und unternehmungen sind nicht weit entfernt. Immer wieder würde ich da Urlaub machen und das bei den Vermieter.
