Nice hotel in a good scenic location
Overall this was a good hotel and the stay was pleasant. The hotel condition is very good. It is nice as very scenic. The area is wonderful too. There are a lot of activities, even in the summer. It helps a lot if you have a car to navigate the surrounding areas though. The breakfast was very good. The fitness area, sauna, and steam room were all very nice and well kept. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The wifi could be a lot better though. Frequently had problems making a stabling connection, which made calling through the internet difficult. Also, the restaurant was decent but I expected a bit more. Overall, this is a good hotel and would stay again for the right price. You can expect a nice stay if you stay here.

Von außen wirkt das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, aber innen war alles top! Das Personal, von der Rezeption, über das Restaurant als auch im Spa Bereich war ausnahmslos super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten beim Checkin sogar ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen! Die Wellness-Anwendungen waren toll und wir wurden super beraten bei der Kosmetik. Das Menü am Abend war sehr lecker und immer für jeden etwas dabei. Unsere Kinder konnten sogar frei aus mehreren Essen wählen oder mischen. Hier wurde sehr auf die wählerischen und unterschiedlichen Geschmäcker unserer Kinder eingegangen. Einzig beim Frühstück müssen wir Punkteabzug geben. Der Obstsalat war bis auf einen Tag aus der Dose. Bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel hätten wir uns frische, regionale Konfitüren/ Marmeladen gewünscht und keinen Aufschnitt aus der Verpackung, also allgemein weniger Convenience-Food. Die Waffeln waren leider auch nicht selbst gemacht. Eine Live-Cooking-Station mit frischen Pancakes oder Rührei nach Wahl wären dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angemessen gewesen.

Très bon séjour en famille
Hotel confortable et bien situé. Espace piscine et détente tres bien, surtout apres une bonne journee de marche ou de visites. De plus, le buffet petit-déjeuner est magnifique, le restaurant pour le soir est de qualité, et lequipe de service est top!

Rundum sehr zufrieden
Ich war sehr von der Gegend begeistert. Das Essen im Hotel war sehr gut und das Personal äußerst freundlich. Das Bett sowie Zimmer waren ebenfalls super. Sollte ich mal wieder in der gegend sein werde ich dieses Hotel wieder aufsuchen.

Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre schon ordentlich hinter sich. Hinten eine große Baustelle und auch die Hinterseite des Hotels hatte gar keine Pflege mehr. Auch Schade dass beim Frühstücksbuffet keine Masken eingefordert wurden. Selten so viel Ignoranz gesehen. Pluspunkt ist aber die Höflichkeit des Personals.

Het hotel is gelegen in het dorp ST Johann im Pongau. Met bus en auto is de lift in Alpendorf zeer goed te bereiken en het hotel heeft zelf een shuttle service naar de piste. Ook dorpen Wagrain en Flachau zijn goed te bereiken en dit vergroot je mogelijkheden om een groter gebied op de ski te bereiken. Het hotel doet zijn best om het jou naar de zin te maken. Ontbijt en half pension zijn goed verzorgd. Kamers ruim en voorzien van gemakken. Zwembad en wellness

Im Ortskern gelegenes grosses Hotel ,die Zimmer sind gross und geräumig,die Einrichtung noch aus den 70-80er. Störend ist die laute und schlecht regelbare Elektrogebläseheizung welche regelmässig anläuft und recht laut ist,man kann sie um Ruhe zu haben dann nur ganz abschalten,weiterhin fehlt ein für ein 4 Sterne Hotel üblicher Safe im Zimmer. Die Hotellobby und die Tiefgarage sind sehr schön eine Katastrophe ist jedoch der gesamte sogenannte Wellnessbereich,die Bilder auf der Homepage wie auch im Netz sind verdammt gut gemacht,aber vor Ort alles kalt und ungemütlich,es gibt noch nicht einmal Wasser im Saunabereich zu trinken,geschweige denn Handtücher,man findet ein recht kleines Saunatuch im Hotelzimmer vor,Das war es dann aber auch.Das Schwimmbad ist zwar angnehm temperiert ist gross hat aber die Atmosphäre eines Dorfhallenbades ,laut und ungemütlich. Insgesamt stand der Hotelpreis über Sylvester in keinem Verhältniss zu Dem was wir sonst von derart teuren 4 Sterne Hotels gewohnt sind daher höchstens ein Befriedigend

Hotel in sehr guter Lage,mitten im Zentrum. Zimmer sauber, Betten sehr gut- leider keine Lüftung in Bad u.WC. Innenpool großzügig, Saunabereich könnte von Ruheräumen, Duschen verbessert werden.

Zentral gelegen im Skiparadies Amadé
Toller Empfang und nach kurzer Diskussion über die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie haben wir ein großes Appartement erhalten. Ausstattung gut aber teilweise schon in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr gute Küche beim Abendessen und reichliches Frühstücksbüffet. Service ist sehr gut da man im Hotel gleich Ski ausleihen kann und es einen Shuttle zum Skigebiet gibt.

Big with easy access.
The hotel has large rooms with balcony. Our room shows a very good new bath with huge shower. The other furnitures aren't so new, but comfortable. A safe underground great parking, with double access, will make car travelers happy. Some market within 100 meters.

Lækkert hotel til skiferien
Super lækkert hotel med lækker morgenmadsbuffet. Sauna og poolområdet er fantastisk efter en dag på ski. God skikælder, hvor ski og støvler kunne låses inde. Liftkort kunne købes i receptionen. Ski og støvler kan lejes på hotellet. Det var suverænt, at hotellet har transport fra hotel til skilift og tilbage igen.

Super lækkert hotel med tennisbane, pool og p-kælder. Rigtig god beliggenhed i St. Johann. WiFi og tennis var ikke gratis, som lovet.

Hotel im 80-er Jahre Stil
Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt (1 Nacht) in Ordnung, jedoch gibt es doch zu beanstanden, dass sich seit dem Hotelbau in den frühen 80-ern wenig verändert hat. Es wirkt alles sehr abgewohnt und meiner Meinung nach wären einige Renovierungsarbeiten (Badezimmer) dringend von Nöten. Weiters habe ich ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht; es wurde jedoch eindeutig in diesem Zimmer geraucht :(
