"Amazing location and lovely facilities. I checked in late because my flight was departing at 5:45am, but the staff were very accommodating. As the airport shuttle wasn’t operating at that time, the receptionist kindly arranged a taxi for me. I made the most of my stay by using the swimming pool and dining at the restaurant. I really enjoyed my meal and overall experience, and I look forward to booking again in the future."

"It's 30 minutes outside of Barcelona and it's totally worth it ! The hotel is very nice with modern fixtures, but the best part of this hotel isn't the physical building, it's the employees ! When we arrived, the two girls at the front desk were AWESOME. and actually all of the employees were great & helped us with all of our requests. One thing you must understand, which I explained a few times to those traveling with me, don't judge a hotel by what you're used to in your country. At home all hotels have a mini fridge & microwave in the room, plus an ice machine somewhere in the hotel. I made sure our room had a/c before I booked it but I learned that having an a/c and being able to use it, are two different things. Let me explain. Even when it says that a room has a/c, it's not like in the USA where you control the room temperature. Our rooms weren't as cold as we wanted them and a quick call to the front desk revealed why. They have an a/c system but the hotel will only turn on the cold part in summer. So when we arrived on a warm week in almost Spring, the heater worked but the a/c cooling was turned off, so we had to open a window at night to cool down our room and it would stay cool (not cold) during the day because they have big strong windows that seal airtight as a ship. We'll be going back soon to say hi again, but we'll come in full summer so we can use the a/c correctly LOL. "

"Gorgeous rooms - spacious galore and terrific staff! Amenities, golf course, basketball courts, tennis courts, Pickleball courts -you name it, they have it and the weather was just beautiful!!"

"There is not AC only heating we could not sleep properly for the 3 nights You should review the description to avoid this situation Aside of this we have roaches in th bathroom i can provide picture if need it "

"This is so far from the city centre and even public transport is too late in area and regarding hotel is so small and not good service i try to talk with manager but the every time receptionist told me to my manager is not available this time i told regarding improving service or give me a good room but know response. so this is very poor service and area and hotel if i am happy to got my refund thanks"
