"Such a beautiful, newly-opened property in the centre of Mallorca. We had a very warm welcome from Lisa, which was replicated by all the rest of the staff we met. "Very good Breakfast, the pool was difficult to get a bed to sunbathe first thing in morning there were towels in all the beds and no one in, the bed sheets didn’t get changed the all week , and the noise from the planes was just too much."

"We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2026. We thought the place was lovely with all you need for a stay with friends, partners or family. Shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The hotel has several lovely and well maintained pools, and access to the beautiful cove - sun loungers on the cove are free. We really loved it here and are already looking to return."

I would say the only thing that I didn’t quite agree with is the lack of privacy in the room itself, the bathroom door was a clear see-through sliding door, and I had requested twin beds but received a full or standard that did not separate."

"The hotel has a nice modern design and everything looks new and well maintained. The bedroom was stylish and comfortable overall, although the double bed was quite uncomfortable for two people sharing. The mattress was unstable, so whenever one person moved, the other moved too. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working during our stay and the room became very hot at night. We could not leave the windows open because of loud live music in the hotel courtyard. When we raised the issue, staff explained that the hotel system could only run either heating or air conditioning while they were transitioning between the two systems, and we were offered a fan instead. The gym is excellent and the views are very nice. Food was average — some items, like the croquetas, were served frozen, and a couple of our drinks never arrived. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly, professional, and well trained throughout our stay. The kids club was the highlight of the trip, and Jen was fantastic with the children."

"Hotel is lovely, clean, great location. Rooms are good, could do with a little fridge in them and the AC is temperamental. The ‘gym’ is just one bench and a couple of dumbbells/kettlebells. Enough to get a workout done however it is definitely not worth to be called a gym. The staff were great. If you’re looking for a nice quiet getaway then id avoid this place as it seems to be quite the hotspot for lads holidays, so very noisy and they were also disrespectful towards my partner. But obviously this is no fault of the hotel. "
