“Pros: The house is in the most beautiful peaceful setting. It’s a great size, good kitchen, separate utility room and living area. Upstairs bedrooms are lovely all have generous bathrooms. The pool and outside areas are stunning. Plenty of seating and dining areas and beautiful well maintained garden. Spectacular Bougainvillea. There are wonderful views and the house is completely private but easily accessible. Cons: Unfortunately we had some issues during our six day stay. The third bed……

“Una casa fantástica!!! Muy cómoda, realmente maravillosa. Típica villa Mallorquina con piscina, galería con barbacoa, habitaciones bien distribuídas, cocina grande, todo espectacular!! Pasamos unos días maravillosos. La casa está cerca de la playa, una de las mejores que puedes encontrar en la isla. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.”

“Peter und Kati sind zwei sehr gastfreundliche und liebevolle Gastgeber. Meine Freundin und ich waren für 7 Nächte in der kleinen, gemütlichen Wohnung. Da wir uns spontan dazu entschlossen, unseren Mallorca-Urlaub zu verlängern und erst am Vorabend diese Entscheidung gefällt hatten, haben wir eine neue Unterkunft gesucht. Kaum gefunden, kam sofort eine Antwort und wir konnten sogar viel früher als gedacht am nächsten Tag einchecken. Man ist zu Fuß in 15min in Porto Cristo, so kann man auch mal……

“Our family had an awesome visit in Pollença. It was a short 3 night stay but we really enjoyed our time there. We wish we could have stayed a few days longer. The Villa was lovely, location was superb. Amazing beach views which was just across the street. We enjoyed watching the kite surfers each day from the second floor living room area as well as relaxing on the rear patio area on the sun loungers and the shaded seating area. Gabrielle our host was very personable, attentive and responded……

“Die Gastfamilie der Unterkunft waren super Hosts. Das Haus ist gross mit viel Stauraum und einer grossen Küche. Es ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und man kann hier super Ferien verbringen. Es isch schön grün und man hat seine Ruhe. Auf dem Grill in der Küche kann man Mahlzeiten zubereiten und einfach die Zeit geniessen. Als Fahrradgruppe war die Garage perfekt für die Fahrräder und unsere Utensilien. Durch die Host haben wir sehr herzliche Gastfreundschaft erfahren und bei Fragen standen sie……

“The owners are lovely and very charming and greeted us very warmly - the property however isnt well suited for a family with young children. The pool is absolutely tiny and so small its barely usable, I found the pictures quite misleading in that regard. The house is very dark with few light sources, and there is no AC so the house is not suitable for holidays in August. We found it very expensive for what it is. The gardens are lovely and very well kept. ”
