In the outdoors, you can take a dip in the refreshing chlorine pool, which measures 7 meters long and 3 meters wide, with a depth of 1.7 meters. The garden offers a private space to relax, and there are two porches: one in front of the house, with a table and stone benches, and another near the pool, with a table to enjoy a coffee outdoors or a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced and has direct neighbors.

Inside, the lounge is equipped with a television for guests' entertainment. The dining room, open to the ceramic hob kitchen, offers a cosy atmosphere to enjoy family meals. The laundry room, located in the bathroom, is equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board for convenience. The house has three bedrooms on the ground floor, all equipped with fans and wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms have single beds, while the third has a double bed and a cot available. There are two bathrooms with shower on this floor, one of them en suite. Upstairs, a cosy little sitting area is perfect for unwinding with a good read.

- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
