Perfect villa
Spent a very chilled out two weeks here. Lovely villa with a great layout, plenty of space. The decor and furnishings are really nice, with a really good terrace, pool/poolside and bbq area. Very private too, considering there is an adjoining villa. Kitchen well equipped

Beautiful Villa and lovely area…..
The place was lovely and decorated for the proximity to the water. Pool is great!!! A bit too cool for a dip in March. Matthew was very responsive to our needs. We did get a car, as it was necessary to tour other places like Mahón and Ciutadella!!! Both beautiful places. Highly recommend!!!!

La villa parfaite pour des vacances reposantes
We had a very pleasant stay in this rental. Check-in was very simple and convenient, as was the cleanliness of the place on our arrival, which was impeccable! The beach is a 10-minute walk away and shops are very close to the accommodation, which is very much appreciated. The pool was always very clean and the terrace very pleasant. The location of the house is perfect, in a very quiet street and with always enough space to park your car :) I'm very happy to have spent my vacations in this lovely house and I'll return with great pleasure! Thank you to the tenant for his availability and kindness :)

Perfect stay
I have just returned from a fantastic one week stay in this property and would definitely return again. The location was great, only a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest restaurants and the most perfect beach. Luckily, our favourite restaurant and bar, SA Cova, was the closest of all and we visited numerous times. The villa itself was very clean and well equipped and big enough for our family of four. The pool is a good size and well maintained and the outside area is nicely equipped with sun loungers and outdoor furniture. I would recommend staying in Binibeca as it's nice and chilled but with plenty to do and it's worth hopping on the road train (25 mins) or taxi (10 mins) to Punta Prima. The city of Mahon is great and only 20 mins on the bus. The villa host, Matthew, was very accommodating and easily contactable.

Lovely stay
Lovely stay, villa has everything you need, is clean and well maintained. The host is amazing with communication and thoughtful to allow us to have a later checkout on the last day due to our late flight. Area was perfect, many restaurants within walking distance, although a hilly walk back up but not a problem for us. Beautiful beach also within walking distance and lots to see and do in surrounding areas. Thankyou for having us.

A beautiful villa with an amazing pool. There is everything you need and more in a very well equipped home. Perfectly located too with easy access to everything. Great holiday
The villa is lovely, very comfortable and perfect for 4 adults and a baby. The pool is a good size and well maintained and there is plenty of space outside. Binibeca is a great place to stay, plenty of places to eat although some were beginning to close down for the season. We managed well without a car and used public transport to explore the area. We also hired bikes. Overall we had everything we needed for a relaxing week.

Lovely villa, excellent hosts.
We have recently returned from 2 weeks in this lovely villa. The photos on here do not do it justice, it feels like a real home from home. The kitchen is very well equipped with almost everything you could need. The villa is light and spacious with really lovely decorative features. There's a table in the lounge I'd love for myself! There's a TV and a music system but we didn't use them. The beds are firm and the bedding is clean and fresh. When we arrived we had plenty of bathroom towels and beach towels and the towels were changed 3 times in our 2 week stay which was a great touch. The main bedroom only has a hanging rail, not a wardrobe which wasn't a problem for us but might not be everyone's cup of tea. We had the second bedroom made up as a double but there was a side bar on one of beds (they seem to be bunk beds which are converted to a double bed) so if there had been 2 people using it, one person would have had to climb over this to get in and out of bed unless this can be removed, however again this wasn't an issue for us. We had some fairly ferocious weather when we were there which caused an issue with the electrics but this was temporarily resolved the next day and then fully fixed a few days later. The pool is large and lovely to use and we were lucky that the villa next door who share the pool was either unoccupied during our stay or had older guests so it was delightfully peaceful. There are 4 sunbeds with the villa and they are very comfortable indeed. Much snoring was heard from our end of the pool! The location is peaceful and parking outside is easy. What we hadn't realised is that the quickest route down to the restaurants at Cala Torret and back again is via some fairly interesting steps! You can walk round on the road and it only it takes about 5 minutes longer to get down there, but we never came back up that way and braved the steps instead. Communication with Adam was swift and helpful, they can't do enough to make you feel welcome here. I'd be very tempted to come back here again in the future for somewhere to rest and relax. It makes you do just that. Thanks Sigrin and Adam!

Fabulous villa and holiday
Communication with Adam and Sigrin was great. The villa is a home from home with everything that you need. I liked the walk in shower and the fact the villa had a washing machine, which was very handy. The villa has a shared pool which is a very good size and we made good use of it throughout the week. We ate out a few times and especially Salitre, 5 minutes from the villa. The catch of the day was cooked to perfection and the waiting staff are so friendly. I would definitely recommend this villa and the area, it is beautiful with beaches and coves to explore. Our holiday was relaxing, enjoyable and I’m sad to go home to rainy Scotland, definitely be back.

Binibeca bliss
We just returned from a fabulous two weeks at this villa. The accommodation is perfect for our small family and everything we needed was provided. The pool is lovely - but it’s always going to be luck of the draw who will be in the villa next door! We met another great family with a daughter the same age as ours and they made fast friends! Adam is very responsive and quick to resolve any issue or answer our questions! The management company was subtle and provided clean linens mid way through our stay. We would highly recommend this villa - towels, umbrellas, cool bags for the beach, everything you need in the kitchen and Netflix for a mid afternoon movie for our little one when she needed to escape the sun for a bit! A/C is the best we’ve had in 5 years of villas in the area! Actually stayed on all night and meant we all had great sleep! Thanks Adam, we will definitely be back!

Perfect villa in a beautiful quiet location
Everything about this Villa was superb from the ease of booking and excellent communication with Adam to the property's prettiness and facilities. Even better than the photos. Easy to find and very close to the beautiful beach and selection of several restaurants. We got a taxi from the airport for €22 and just a 20 min drive. Used the taxi service company recommended on the side of the fridge for return to airport - also €22 and excellent. Binibeca Nou is the quieter side but has the beach, whist Binibeca Vell is a bit busier with more shops etc and very picturesque with the famous white washed frontage. Only a 20 minute walk between the two locations but the villa is nearer the beach (5 mins or so walk) so was better for us. Everything in the villa was spotlessly clean with a lovely beach decor with homely touches. Bread, milk, jam, coffee, tea and butter all in the welcome pack. Pool was beautiful with comfortable sun loungers and parasols. Handy to know that there are beach umbrellas for you to borrow and beach mats so no need to take or buy your own. Very comfortable seating area where we spent many hours relaxing and eating and drinking ! Very well equipped kitchen especially if you like coffee! A range of coffee makers including an nespresso machine complete with pods! The little supermarket is very well equipped and compared to other places we have stayed, very reasonably priced. We loved the bakery with the seating area and enjoyed lovely coffee and croissants several mornings sitting under the parasols. We ate evening meals at Saltaire twice - lovely tapas. We had one meal at Baracouda - a delightful little fish and meat restaurant. This was a bit more expensive but a special treat - the veal steak was amazing €23 - like a massive fillet! We ate twice at Delaney's, which is found along the walk to Binibeca vell. Great home cooked food and very friendly service. Lots of brits at this place -,the curry pizza was delicious!! Much more reasonably priced but not particularlMediterranean! We also ate at Bambu - beautiful Asian restaurant- bit posh for us but special treat. Views over the sea and massive lounging sofas to relax with a nice glass of wine. We hired a car for two days at €60 from the car rental in Binibeca Vell. Very helpful and easily done. Would highly recommend this villa and Adams response to emails/messages through Homeaway is excellent. This takes out a lot of the potential worries booking independently.

Lovely villa . Great area
Despite experiencing difficulties with Home Away, who would not provide any information about the villa as they were in dispute with the owner, we had a great week. Weather a bit mixed (Sept ) but we went out and about in our hire car. The villa was lovely with very nice pool and was very close to a small selection of restaurants, a bakery and a small shop. We got the impression that this particular area is not too popular with families with smaller children, so ideal for 4 ex. teachers.

Cosy well equiped villa in pleasant location near a good choice of beaches, restaurants and towns.
We have been to Menorca several times and love the Binibeca area which has some lovely cove beaches, plenty of good restaurants, and is close to the pleasant capital city of Mahon. The villa was clean and well equiped inside, and a nice pool outside. When we arrived after a late flight we found basic food and drink already provided in the kitchen - thank you.

Lovely villa with good-sized pool
Just returned from a 2-week stay here and would highly recommend this villa. It is tastefully decorated with a beach / seaside theme. Comfortable sofa and chairs, modern bathrooms and air con in the bedrooms. There’s plenty outdoor space too and the pool was great - safe but deep enough to dive into, which my daughter appreciated. Although it is semi-detached villa with a shared pool, there is plenty privacy and the pool is bigger than the average private pool as a result. We had towels changed and a mid-stay clean after the first week which was a nice surprise. As for the resort, it’s an easy 5-minute stroll to a lovely beach with beach bar. There is also a great bakery with a cafe as well as a supermarket. The resort is lovely, fairly quiet but with everything you need. Car hire is not essential but recommended to see more of this beautiful island. Excellent communication from the owners Adam and Sigrin - Thank you!

Lovely villa for the family
We have just returned from a week staying at this lovely villa in Binibeca. The villa itself was beautiful and clean and offered enough space for our week. The pool was a great size and we had lots of use out of it. It was no problem sharing with the next door neighbours. We have 3 children; 9,3 and 16 months and for this reason we found that we definitely needed to hire a car as there was not a great deal within easy ‘child-friendly’ walking distance but this was not an issue once we had the car. The area itself is really lovely and we would love to come back another time to explore further.

Great Villa Amazing Pool
Just returned from this Villa,could not fault it, inside there is everything you will need for your holiday, it is light and airy. The air-con in the bedrooms was very welcome as it was very hot. There is plenty of room around the sun lounges with a good parasol. The pool is large compared to others in the area, it has different levels great for reading a book while cooling down, it was also good for our granddaughter who could play with her bucket etc. The area is very pretty with a great beach & restaurants. Adam & Sigrin where very helpful from the start. We hope to return very soon . Peter & family

Lovely villa - great area with beautiful beach and delicious restaurants!
Villa was great - 2 lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. Sitting area and dining outside overlooking pool was great. Very well stocked kitchen - bbq looked nice... didn’t quite get around to doing one though!!! Although the pool wasn’t heated it was perfect. It felt heated! 2.5 year old loved swimming in it. It was great that it was cleaned half way as well. The upkeep is excellent. Adam and Sigrin were very pleasant to deal with. Extremely responsive to all questions. We had a minor issue (one side of toaster didn’t work) and they replaced in a day - unbelievably quick!! Area is great - Sa Cova, Baracudda and Salitre were amazing restaurants! The beach was fabulous! Deffo recommend renting a car - owners direct were amazing! While it is walkable (we did for dinner) it was nice to be able to get around easily. Highly recommend the area and the villa! Hope to return!

Very relaxing holiday
First impression of Menorca when we disembarked from the plane was how lush and green it was and the houses looked brilliantly white and clean. We picked up our car at the airport and drove the 20 mins to Binibequer. The route was well sign posted and we found our villa easily. (We had downloaded maps.me on the phone). The villa was clean and well appointed. Nice barbecue area and covered dining area.We had an issue with the coffee machine but that was sorted out very quickly. Real estate were very efficient. The pool area was very nice with comfortable loungers, although the beach towels could have been bigger to cover them. As it was quite early in the season the water was still a bit cold but I did manage a swim. The pool attendant came regularly but a net on site to remove any debris after wind would be useful and I believe this is in hand. The filters didn’t seem very strong but the pool was clean. We were 10 minutes downhill walking distance to Cala Torret where there were several good restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. DP favourite for John Dory. El Faro for 24euro three course meal with wine. The walk home was quite steep but manageable for the reasonably fit!! The quaint Binibequer Vell is also within walking distance, 20 minutes, where there is a good supermarket, restaurants and beach. Punta Prima also nearby has a lovely sandy beach. There is a restaurant here also called El Faro and we had a beautiful lunch there. To walk home from Punta Prima would take about 30 minutes. A car is advisable on this island to explore the beautiful little beaches and restaurants. Driving is easy on this island as it is very well signposted. A visit to Fornells to watch the water sports and eat in one of the restaurants which has a beach view is a must. Lobster stew is a speciality. This was a very relaxing holiday and we will return to explore more. Adam has been very helpful since we booked this back in January. Thankyou.

We liked the beach theme décor within the villa. The patio and pool were lovely. The villa is situated in a quiet road with access to the beach, bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. walking back to the villa it is hilly so may be unsuitable for elderly or disabled people. Lots of beautiful beaches within a 20 minute drive plus the national park and Mao are certainly worth a visit.
