"This was a cute little condo for our family of 5 to stay at. Great location to enjoy the beach and a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea from the deck. We could enjoy the sound of the surf all night long. The commute to Barcelona was about 45mins-1hour but the train station was very close and easy to navigate our trip. "Had a pleasant stay at the Hotel Atenea in Mataró, Was one of the most affordable options to stay in Barcelona during the week of Primavera Sound. But will say I don’t recommend for anyone in their 20’s that likes to stay out late like me because the final train leaves Barcelona city shortly before midnight and runs back to Barcelona at 6:16AM. Besides that the hotel was nice and close to a lot of smaller quieter beaches. I highly recommend eating at Dolce Vita, the Italian restaurant by the hotel across the train station. "
