Le village est magnifique et le gîte exceptionnel, surtout la salle de bain. Les chambres étant à l'étage inférieur, la température était de maximum 25C°, alors qu'à l'extérieur il faisait 40C°. On aurait apprécié : - des moustiquaires aux fenêtres des chambres - quelques ustenciles qui manquaients dans la cuisine - un micro-ondes - un ventilateur……

Stock war, wie das Haus insgesamt, in absolut bestem Zustand. Zwei Dinge die man wissen sollte: 1) Die Ferienwohnung beinhaltet nicht den auf den Bildern dominant sichtbaren Wintergarten. Das Apartment erreicht man am anderen Ende des Hauses über einen getrennten Eingang und liegt komplett im 1. Stock. Parterrre……

“Il Biroccio is nestled in the hills about 20 minutes from Urbino. It is a little slice of heaven - spectacular views in all directions, peace and silence, except for the birdsong, even a real cuckoo! The hosts are just as special as the location and treat you like a long lost friend. I had the luxury of being the only guest, this being the beginning of the season, so it was an extra unique experience. The hosts talked of this being a place to unplug and then recharge. “We (family with 2 adults and 2 kids) stayed one week in Il brioccio which was a very nice and relaxing stay. The country house is very nice, the appartement is cosy and lovely furnished. Very nice terrasse to sit outside the appartement to enjoy breakfast and sunset. The pool is perfect, clean and with a great view in the countryside. Antonella and Gianni are very nice hosts giving us helpful tips on what to visit. In the area there are very nice cultural places, enjoy nature and it is also not……
