Calm and relax stay

we had a really good time at fabio's house. Catiuccia and Carmelo are really nice persons and we immediately felt like home with them. even if we had some little incidents like internet, boiler and so on everything was solved really quickly. we got new friends over there and is not the last time we will go there :)

Parfait ! Voici une version plus enthousiaste et conviviale de votre commentaire :⸻Un séjour inoubliable en Sardaigne !Nous avons passé 15 jours fabuleux dans cette maison avec des amis, de la famille et des enfants et tout le monde a adoré !La maison est spacieuse, super bien pensée, parfaitement adaptée aux enfants, et surtout… quelle piscine !! Un vrai petit paradis pour se détendre et s’amuser. L’emplacement est top : proche de la mer et de plages magnifiques au sable blanc, le tout dans une région pleine de charme avec des marchés locaux délicieux à deux pas.Et que dire de l’hôte ? Incroyable d’avoir une telle disponibilité et avoir autant de gentillesse ! Toujours réactive, même quand le frigo a eu un souci et tout a été réglé très rapidement. On s’est sentis accueillis et accompagnés du début à la fin.Franchement, foncez les yeux fermés, cette location est un vrai bijou ! On reviendra sans hésiter !

Excellente vacances

Nous avons passé d excellente vacances en famille. Sonia et Fabio sont très disponible, réactif, merci pour tout. Ce sont de formidable personnes. Le coin est magnifique au calme. La maison est dans un superbe cadre avec tout le confort.

Vacanza Porto pino

La proprietà è molto bella, ben curata e completa di molti comfort. La piscina è strepitosa e la casa permette di vivere all'aria aperta nella pace più completa, complimenti. Mi permetto di dare alcuni suggerimenti: 1. l'annuncio dovrebbe specificare meglio l'ubicazione di due delle camere da letto che non sono in un seminterrato ma in una sotterraneo. Una in particolare è piccolissima e avendo solo una finestrella (bocca di lupo) non viene aerata a sufficienza. Casa perfetta per una famiglia con i figli, ma per quattro coppie di adulti questa camera da letto non è propriamente adeguata. 2.In merito alla pulizia della casa al nostro arrivo, non è stata particolarmente attenta, cose di poco conto ma importanti se mese in paragone al costo applicato per le pulizie. Nulla da dire invece sulla loro disponibilità. Un grazie alla ragazza che ha fatto le pulizie durante la nostra permanenza, bravissima e attenta. 3. Una menzione speciale va al signor Gianni che si occupa dell'esterno della casa e della cura della piscina. grande persona, disponibile educato e gentile. ci siamo fatti delle grandi chiacchierate.

Tout simplement magnifique !

Merci à Sonia et Fabio pour ce superbe séjour que nous venons de passer en Sardaigne. La maison est idéalement situé, à proximité de Porto Pino et de ses plages ou alors à seulement 30 minutes des autres plages du sud de la Sardaigne. La maison est idéale pour les 2 familles de 4 que nous étions, elle est très bien équipée et la piscine, c'est vraiment le bonus du séjour, les enfants ont apprécié ! Nous recommandons vivement cette maison et n'hésiterons pas à y revenir lors d'un prochain voyage en Sardaigne.

Schöne Ferien

Wir waren zwei Familien und hatten sehr schöne Ferien erlebt. Super Ausstattung, ruhige, grosse und schöne Anlage, 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum nächsten und schönen Strand. Im UG ohne Klimaanlage, nur mit Ventilator und kleines, lautes WC. Niemand vor Ort fürs Check-in, nur telefonisch. Insgesamt aber sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Super Unterkunft! Wir sind mit 5 erwachsenen 2 Kleinkindern und 2 Hunden gereist. Die Kommunikation war super. Wir hatten aber auch nicht viele Fragen, da alles in der Unterkunft vorhanden war. Genug Handtücher für Strand und Bad liegen bereit. Das komplette Grundstück ist eingezäunt, so dass man nicht ständig gucken musste ob die Kinder oder Hunde abhauen. Der Pool ist nochmal extra eingezäunt, was gerade bei kleinen Nichtschwimmern ein Riesen Vorteil ist. In der Küche ist so ziemlich alles vorhanden und die Badezimmer sind super! Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht unbedingt zu Fuß zu erreichen, aber da wir unsere Fahrräder dabei hatten, konnte man auch mal ohne Auto los. Generell sind in der Gegend viele wunderschöne Strände die man entdecken kann. Wir waren alle super happy mit der Unterkunft und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Ruhiger Urlaub mit viel Platz zum spielen für die Kinder

Wir haben nach einem Haus gesucht in dem unsere Tochter laut und wild sein kann. Und das haben wir in dem Objekt gefunden. Leckere Pizzarien und kurze Wege zum Meer. Danke schön.

Super séjour !

Merci à Sonia et Fabio pour ce super logement dans lequel nous avons passé la semaine entre copains. Le logement est très bien équipé, la localisation idéale pour vadrouiller dans le sud. La piscine c'est vraiment le petit + qui permet de bien terminer la journée ! Nous n'hésiterons pas à louer de nouveau ce logement si nous revenons séjourner en Sardaigne :)

Merci à Sonia pour sa disponibilitée et la rapidité de ses réponses à nos demandes . La piscine a été bienvenue sous la canicule lors de notre séjour . C'est une excellente localisation pour visiter le sud de l'ile et la petite plage de IS TRIGU trés proche est superbe .

Schön gelegenes, wunderbares Haus

Als wir, etwas zu früh, ankamen, haben wir erstmal die Reinigungskräfte (in Unterwäsche) im Pool erwischt was wir sehr amüsant fanden. Nach der Schlüsselübergabe haben wir uns in den zwei separaten Wohnungen eingerichtet (also davor knobeln wer in Keller geht und wer oben bleiben darf). Das Grundstück ist sehr weitläufig und es hat ausreichend Platz zum spielen und toben. Hinter dem Haus steht ein Fahrzeug mit französischer Zulassung, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Was uns hingegen gestört hat, sind die (3?) Überwachungskameras welche auf dem Vorplatz verteilt sind und auch aktiv waren. Dies hätte man uns mitteilen können, oder so schalten das sie von den Bewohnern aktivierbar und deaktivierbar sind, in Dtd. wäre dies ein No-Go. Der Pool ist herrlich und wurde jeden zweiten Tag von Gianni gründlichst gereinigt und gepflegt, dies war echt weltklasse. Denn man zieht schon Schmutz rein, da ein Fußbecken oder eine Außendusche fehlt. Was genial war, vor allem für die Kinder, war die Musikanlage am Pool, da war der Partyspaß garantiert. Den Rasen um den Pool hätte man mal wieder mähen können, da doch etwas lange und stachelige Gräser gewachsen waren. Top wäre es gewesen, wenn man uns gesagt hatte, dass um 0.42 Uhr die Beregnung für den Rasen angeht, dann wären Klamotten und Handtücher nicht nass geworden, aber ist ja kein Beinbruch. Wir kennen Sardinien sehr gut und können somit sagen, mega Umgebung. Jeden Tag andere Strände möglich (wir waren 14 Tage), schöne kleine Restaurants in der Umgebung, nur keine wirklich belebte Stadt, in welcher man auch mal ausgiebig shoppen könnte....wir hatten ja auch Mädels dabei :-). Die Landschaft, die Strände, das Wasser laden perfekt ein um Sport zu treiben oder einfach abzuhängen und Entspannung zu finden. Wir können dieses Objekt nur weiter empfehlen, vor allem da wir einiges gerichtet haben, Poolliegen, Hängematte, Türgriffe, Abflußrohre, etc. :-) ...aber das ist der Süden, so mögen wir es...wer das nicht mag, muss ins Hotel!!! Bitte nicht von den rosa Möbeln am Pool beeindrucken lassen, die gibt es (LEIDER) nicht! Zum Schluß: Fabio du hast unsere Empfehlung!

Ruhiges Domizil auf dem Land

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt mit zwei Familien in der Casa Alessia. Dank der vier Schlafzimmer hatten alle ausreichend Platz, wobei zwei Schlafzimmer im Souterrain liegen (Unten gibt es leider nicht genug Schränke). Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist minimalistisch und nicht mehr top modern, aber sehr sauber. Besonders toll ist der große Pool und die beiden neuen Bäder. Auch drei Terrassen stehen zur Auswahl und die großen Bäume bieten immer ausreichend Schatten. Die Autos haben genug Platz im komplett umzäunten Grundstück. Der Vermieter und auch der Kontakt vor Ort ist immer super nett, freundlich und reagiert sofort. Vielen lieben Dank für einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

super séjour dans le sud de la Sardaigne dans cette agréable maison

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison qui est très fonctionnelle pour 2 familles de 2 adultes et 3 enfants. L'espace piscine est très agréable et bien entretenu . Les chambres avec moustiquaires + ventilateurs et grilles aux fenêtre nous ont permis de passer de bonnes nuits sans souffrir de la chaleur. Merci également aux propriétaires qui font de leur mieux pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Cette région de la Sardaigne est très agréable .
