Impeccable, clean, comfortable, loved that there were towels for shower and seperate ones for the pool. The staff is welcoming, helpful and kind, and the food was absolutely delicious. The pool can use some TLC, but the views were simply breathtaking. If your budget allows you, do go for the lake view, it’s worth it!

The view here is phenomenal. The hotel offers so much peace and easy access to the lake with unlimited kayaking included in your recreation. The staff were great. I have much more positive things to say about my stay than negative…. The only thing is that I found the pool water to have an opaque color and didn’t seem as clean in comparison to crystal clear pools I’ve been too. Though regardless of that factor I would 100% come back and recommend.

Lake view is very good. Staff at the bar was nice and friendly except that during breakfast we were surprised to get charged for American Coffee instead of getting free refills. We paid for the Coffee but mere fact of the waiter didn’t tell us upfront. Everything else was good and we liked the experience there. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Beautiful room, gorgeous views and grounds, gourmet food and friendliest staff. We stayed there for 8 nights and absolutely loved it. Hotel offers various water activities, free paddleboard and kayaks and very reasonable boat and jetski rental. Room was spacious and clean, food in the restaurant delicious. Best papusas and seafood in entire El Salvador. They also have really good coffee and complimentary breakfast

The hotel is well taken care of. The hotel has a dock which you can sit down and relax while enjoying the view of the water. The staff is very friendly and offer superior service. The food is delicious and prepared in a timely manner. Josue was the mastermind behind the coffee that was sold. The coffee was great and he provided us with where the coffee was grown and how to enjoy.
