This beautifully remodeled studio is located walking distance to the historical Santa Barbara Mission and is conveniently located downtown minutes from shopping and restaurants. Everything in the studio is brand new including all Pottery Barn bedding and new mattress purchased in June, 2024. You can't beat the location! Downtown SB is all within walking distance! The studio has a kitchenette equipped with all the essentials. This is a private studio with its own separate entrance and patio!

Kim was a great host! The studio was just as pictured and the bed was really comfortable. The micro kitchen was a big help. Location was close to the Mission and walkable to some area restaurants. Very quiet part of town too. I will be looking to stay here again on future visits!

Perfect bungalow

Perfect location: quiet and easily accessible to the Mission, park, and downtown. Property manager had the place set-up perfectly with nice bed, sheets, towels, and drinks in the fridge. I would stay here again.

Charming studio in great neighborhood

We loved our stay in this cute little Santa Barbara style cabin very nice and private, the host was great good communication. Everything was great. We will definitely be staying there again!!
