Second story studio 1 1/2 blocks to beach
- West Beach is the best part of Santa Barbara! This large, well-equipped studio has a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Bathroom has a shower. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a small, bistro table and a large dining table and chairs in the main room. There are wood floors and a high, open-beam ceiling. The large, wraparound tile patio has comfortable outdoor furniture and great views. Beach chairs and boogie boards for playing in the sun are included. There is on site parking . Close to Amtrak and Greyhound stations and Moxi, the children’s museum. Bird life abounds in nearby Mission Creek. Resupply at Santa Cruz market, 3 blocks away and the local Farmers' Markets. Numerous restaurants, wine tastings and Downtown are within easy walking distance, or take the shuttle, 1 block away.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! If you want to be in the heart of everything and not break the bank, this is the perfect spot. Originally we were concerned with no a/c but once all the windows are open, there’s a great cross breeze. It’s a homey place and it has a fantastic outdoor space. Off street parking was a great perk.

Location is everything
We stayed here with 2 couples. The pull out was perfectly comfortable for the two nights we stayed. The balcony was amazing and the location is just incredible. Would definitely plan on staying here again!

We love this place!
My boyfriend and I had the best week stay at this place! The private balcony/deck was an amazing bonus and allowed us to enjoy the perfect weather. Everything about the place exceeded our expectations. One thing worth noting is that you are very close to the train station which can be loud throughout the day, but still well worth it! We plan on coming to stay again as soon as possible :)

Fantastic studio
This lovely studio was perfect for our 3-night stay. It’s close to the beach, lots of restaurants, and the downtown shopping area. It was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.
