  • West Beach is the best part of Santa Barbara! This large, well-equipped studio has a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Bathroom has a shower. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a small, bistro table and a large dining table and chairs in the main room. There are wood floors and a high, open-beam ceiling. The large, wraparound tile patio has comfortable outdoor furniture and great views. Beach chairs and boogie boards for playing in the sun are included. There is on site parking . Close to Amtrak and Greyhound stations and Moxi, the children’s museum. Bird life abounds in nearby Mission Creek. Resupply at Santa Cruz market, 3 blocks away and the local Farmers' Markets. Numerous restaurants, wine tastings and Downtown are within easy walking distance, or take the shuttle, 1 block away.

It is the best place to stay. You are right in the heart of the city. Only a block from the main areas (State Street, Funk Zone, and the Beach). The hotel next door charges over 1000 a night, and this place is a deal. You will not be disappointed.

Really enjoyed this studio. It is literally a block or 2 from the beach. Spacious for a studio, and the porch/deck surrounding this second story space takes full advantage of the Santa Barbara scenery and weather.

I did not stay at the vbro, but my sister and nephew did and she said it was a great place, centrally located, with all the amenities needed. She also said the reserved parking was super convenient.

The studio is spacious. our family of 3 fit well and it still felt big even with all our stuff. We liked that both the bathroom and the kitchen had doors, so if someone got up first, they could go eat or shower without waking the others. we were particularly worried about if my tween would actually sleep on a pull-out couch, and instead it was her favorite part -apparently she loved the memory foam mattress on it. There were lots of staples in the kitchen and condiments in the fridge, which would have been a great touch if we were cooking. We particularly liked how close to everything this was - we were able to walk and bike everywhere and never ran out of food options around us.
