Never again
Would never rent this property again! Suffice to say I would need to write an essay on our problems. To summarize: we had driven 5 days to get to St. George and we’re tired and just wanted to relax and start our holiday but instead we found:
Mice in condo, droppings though out condo and did catch one in our trap.
Bbq not just hissing propane but actually sounded like tap running. If we had tried to light it, the result may have been disastrous.
Overall cleanliness not acceptable.
After finding mice in condo we thought they would do a very thorough cleaning. They did do the carpet and came to clean cupboards but still found droppings after it was”cleaned” not only in cupboards but behind washing machine and dryer.
We were very upset needless to say, we were informed by owner via the property manager that t she and I quote, would not do anything more in trying to appease us and did not want to hear from us again and were left on our own to solve our problems.
We were between a rock and a hard place, we had family and friends coming and tried our best to rent another property in St George mid march and it was impossible.
The property manager at first did her best to help but the owner was anything but professional.
We have been going to St. George for 25 years and this is the first time we have ever encountered such apathy, the owner really tried to make us feel it was all our problem, not kosher!
