We had a wonderful time in your beautiful house. It was spacious and delightful. Everything we needed was there. The beds were luxurious. We used and loved the hot tub, I lost at horseshoes, my grandchildren swung in the hammock, we enjoyed the fire pit. What a wonderful way to enjoy my 90th birthday with my children and grandchildren (all grown, but no greats yet). Thank you.

Fabulous girls weekend!

I spent 3 nights here for a girls weekend and it was so much space for 12 of us, with great indoor / outdoor living and privacy. Also good location that wasn’t too far to get to Capitola, Aptos & Santa Cruz. Would highly recommend!

Incredible house

The house was absolutely perfect! We stayed with two other families and the big room was ideal for the kids! The outdoor area was stunning and a great space for the kids to run around. The location was convenient and the host was very responsive. We will definitely look to stay here again if/when we get back to Santa Cruz!

Beautiful house

We stayed here with three families (12 people) and would absolutely stay here again! The house was spacious and clean, and the backyard was perfect for the kids. We grilled, made s’mores, went in the hot tub, and played catch on the lawn. Just 15 minutes to Santa Cruz boardwalk, too.

Easily exceeds expectations

Where do I even start?! Crystal was kind, helpful, and accommodating from the moment I booked her home for our family vacation. Check in was a breeze and as soon as we pulled up to her property, it was breathtaking. We were a party of 10 and there was plenty of space for all of us. Her home provided us with everything we needed and more. It is very well maintained, and clean. We will definitely book again!

Girls Weekend Success

This was our second time renting Crystal‘s fantastic house for our girls weekend. This year we were nine women and we stayed for three nights. We enjoyed the hot tub and the backyard between rain showers. The living space was very comfortable inside! And the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable as well! We just can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is and how easy it is to work with Crystal!

Family Gathering

Great location, preheated hot tub and hotel type bathrobes, and a well stocked kitchen for our big family. There were plenty of games and outdoor equipment for kids to ride/use as well as a beautiful backyard for them to run around in. Ez entry and communication with the owners made it a smooth landing for our trip from South Orange County. We will book again!

Great gathering venue

Our group of teachers and dear friends have been gathering for 8 years now and this was our favorite venue yet. The check-in process was seamless, the owners communication was excellent, the living space was very comfortable and the sleeping arrangements quite flexible. We absolutely enjoyed our experience! Beautiful home with all the amenities

We had a high school basketball tournament in San Jose, and our team stayed at this house for two nights. The four bedrooms were able to hold 10 high school girls and the coaches. The carpets in the largest bedrooms have enough cushion for sleeping bags, and the beds are all comfortable. The cleanliness and amenities at this property are wonderful.
