This little room was just what me and my sister needed while visiting Santa Cruz. It was just big enough! Fresh linens every day and hot, hot, hot water!! I think what we loved the most was that we were within walking distance to the boardwalk! Amazing all around!!

Our check-in experience was amazing and effortless, really friendly staff. The hotel itself could use more love.. specifically room #144 where my wife and I stayed. We turned on the AC to cool and it smelled like fish.. thankfully it got down to 57 that night if not we would have been so hot in the room

Easy to locate a good parking spot. The room was pretty clean (8/10). Some of the chairs look like they've been used too much and could be upgraded... Staff was quick and helpful. I would definitely stay again

The room was clean , showers was good with good flow of water .The toilet make a loud , weird sound when you flush (Rm 133 ), maybe the maintenance guy can look at what's wrong with it .I was hoping there's some trees or vegetation ( flowers of some sort ) as shown in your Ad . But overall , it was a nice stay and close to the boardwalk and restaurants .Thank you !

Staff was amazing. Love the fact that they have 2 bed rooms with 3 queen beds! My kids had their own bed and we had our own room. Full bath tub with shower the kids loved. Also what topped all off was that it had a stove! Minus the oven, but we were able to cook meals just like home. Also had microwave and full fridge! It is across the street from skate/basketball park and a very short walk to the Boardwalk/beach! We were able to leave the boardwalk, rest, eat, and walk back to enjoy a few more rides and walk the beach. It’s also located near plenty of stores and restaurants. This is now my new home when I visit Santa Cruz! Oh and it’s small ( not a lot of rooms), single level and you can park right outside your door!!! Trust me you won’t regret booking if you are just looking for something homely, affordable, and close to EVERYTHING!

A very nice, clean, well-kept property. The young man at the desk was friendly and helpful. They allowed me to park my car that morning before checking in that evening. Saved me the hassle of finding parking in the Boardwalk area. I loved the location; close enough to walk to the Boardwalk but away from the traffic congested area. The room was very clean and made up nicely. Will gladly stay there again.

This is not a glitze 5 star place with a lot of bells and whistles. But, check in was with a warm and gracious clerk. The room (they put us in a unit with two rooms and a kitchen) was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Check in was a pleasure with the wonderful lady working around 6pm on 25th May - she needs a pay rise and an extra holiday day she was so pleasant and friendly and asset to the place. The room was comfortable and clean, parking in the courtyard was easy and the position of our room meant it was very quiet. Would stay again. Many thanks
