The staff was very helpful and available to answer your questions. The rooms face the bay, some completely and others partly. There is a good restaurant attached to the property and many shops, restaurants and tour offices within walking distance. "

"Our stay was amazing and the place is lovely! We arrived in Santa Cruz on our first day and spent a night at Blu Galapagos and on our last day, spent our final night there. Our second night we asked for an upgrade with an ocean view and it was absolutely beautiful. The restaurant that is not associated with hotel, but is on location was one of the best meals we had on our trip and the view is right on the water and you can see sharks and raise and fish swimming while dining. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and I would definitely return there."
