"Good location in Terlingua and easy to reach the park in the mornings. Great view of the night sky. Clean room with full kitchen. Air conditioning is good for night temperatures. It can be too dusty for open windows at night"

"We loved our stay at Ten Bits Ranch. It was very clean and well kept. The community kitchen was fun and breakfast almost always involved talking with other guests and sharing experiences. We were there during the cold snap in January of 2026 when much of Texas was struggling with snow and ice. We had a fair amount of rain. The owners arrived and stayed throughout the bad weather and made sure electricity wasn’t a problem. We had 4WD and had no trouble getting around. If you like getting away from crowds, this is a great place to stay. We would highly recommend. "

"Map of where are room was located was not very good. But once we found it things were fine. No instructions on how to use TV and remote didn’t seem to work. Trail to Apache caves a nice excursion."

"Everything was really great. Only issue was the listing said there was a pool and that starlight theatre were close by, didn’t see any. "
