Can Rosa Ibiza, private pool & 10 minutes to the beach

Can Rosa was originally built more than 150 years ago and was fully renovated recently keeping the classical Ibiza finca style. It's located in a quiet countryside area, nestled in between a lush pine forest and rich agricultural lands, but only 5 minutes to the nearest town.

The house is very spacious and the rooms are all different from each other making it charmingly original. The kitchen is very large and fully equipped and opens directly to the outside patio, with a covered dining area and BBQ and a restored antique clay oven. The living room recognizes traditional wooden ceilings, and an open fireplace. There is a separate TV-room with Netflix. The spacious master bedroom has sunrise views and its own bathroom with a jacuzzi. There is a big space for group activities with a wooden deck and equipment for yoga. There is a trampoline for kids, a pin pong table, a quiet balcony for a chilled glass of Spanish rosé and fresh local olives, and of course a refreshing swimming pool, beautifully embedded in an orange and lemon orchard.

There is plenty of room for private parking inside the property (gated). The Wifi reaches all the property.

Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We were a party of 12 from 8 to 80 years old - all wanting to do different things! The quiet rural location of this villa suited us perfectly. As it is in the middle of the island we were able to visit many beaches, hiking trails, towns, sights - all within a 20-30 minute drive at the most. The house is spacious with many areas to ‘chill out’ both inside and out. The pool is fantastic with plenty of seating areas and shade. It is an old house but very well maintained and comfortably furnished. Communication with the owner and his team via WhatsApp was very effective - we had a couple of minor repair issues that were resolved immediately. The kitchen is huge, air conditioned and well equipped - we found everything we needed for cooking for 12. All linens are of good quality, particularly the towels for bath and pool. I can’t think of anything negative - we had a great stay and I would recommend this villa to any other large group wanting to visit different locations around the island.

The amazing vacation!!!!

It was our third summer in Ibiza and for sure the best. We had travelled all day and arrived the night of my 12 year old daughter birthday. I had asked Can Rosa for a birthday cake and she bought it for us and it was waiting in the fridge when we arrived. With candles and lots of chocolate. Great gesture and it changed her mood completely., thank you!! I had no idea how much bigger than the photos the property is. Amazing views to the country side, you can see sheep and horses, and different fruit trees everywhere. For the kids this was a big plus. When you are there everything is so relaxing and many times we preferred to chill out all day long at the pool than to worry about going to the beach. The apartment was great for the grandparents to stay there since they wanted to go to bed earlier and its completely isolated from outside noises. Me and my husband stayed in the main suite that overlooks the garden and it's like a dream to wake up there. All the house is very beautifully decorated, with a lot of wood work done by the owner and detailing everywhere you look. You do need to rent a car, but also taxis find it very easily with just the name. We will definitely come back next year!
