MODERN VILLA HEATED POOL & CLOSE TO PACHA, NOBU ,TALAMANCA BEACH , IBIZA TOWN,
- A new and modern holiday home set in Ibiza Town and featuring free WiFi ,Air Con and a private heated swimming pool. The property is 1.5 km from Pacha and boasts views of the city. Free parking is available on site.
Please note that from October 15th to April 15th, the pool is heated for reservations confirmed at least 72 hours before the arrival date.
The holiday home is composed of 4 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet, equipped with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and an oven, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. A flat-screen TV are offered in each bedroom. Other facilities include a year-round non heated outdoor pool.
