This stunning and modern villa is an ideal getaway for your holiday. Located just a short walk away from Marina Botafoch, Pacha, Lío and Destino as well as walking distance to Talamanca beach.

The villa has been beautifully built, to a high quality with modern features.

It has five bedrooms in total, sleeping up to 14 people. On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room with everything you’ll need for both relaxing and entertaining, with direct access to the pool area and a comfortable sofa bed for two extra guests. A modern and fully equipped kitchen is located nearby. There are two bedrooms on this ground floor; one double and one triple, as well a large bathroom.

Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms both with ensuite bathroom, a triple bedroom and a toilet. Each room has large closets and black out curtains. A private outdoor terrace with incredible views across the old town of Dalt Vila and the south of the island.

The villa is entirely equipped with air-conditioning and WiFi, Bluetooth audio system and smart television. The property is provided with a full security system.

Sunny relaxation is assured with extensive terracing spanning the front of the villa’s ground with swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, as well as an exterior dining area overviewing the old town and castle with a beautiful large dining table.

There is also an outside bathroom and laundry room.

Please note that this fantastic villa is located in a residential area; therefore, we ask all guests to be respectful of neighbours who live in close proximity. We kindly remind all guests to familiarise themselves with our noise policy as per our booking terms and conditions.

All our villas are well-equipped with a bluetooth speaker according to the sound regulations in Ibiza. Under no circumstances will outside equipment including, speakers or DJ equipment be tolerated on the premises. Penalties will apply and will result in an instant eviction with no refunds being given.

The celebration of illegal parties, profit or non-profit, will result in the immediate eviction of the guests from the villa without any refund. Authorities will be warned if needed.

This property has onsite CCTV cameras and noise sensors installed.

If noises levels reach above the maximum legal level, you will be notified with a warning. Any complaints from the neighbours, town hall or police regarding noise can result in on-the-spot fines which guests will be liable to pay.

We decline any responsibility for any inconvenience caused by the works or actions of third parties that take place outside the villa.
Arrival between 21:00 and 04:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
