The beach is a short walk away along a beautiful promenade, with a good choice of places to stop for food and drinks. Taxi to Ibiza Old Town was around €20, to San Antonio area around €35/€40. 「We were in Santa Eularia for a race and this house had everything: Close to the city: you could walk the Coastal Path to town; Quiet: at night all you hear are the waves; Next to 2 beaches and restaurants: both are within 10 minutes walk along the Coastal Path from the house; Big: plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax, Old Charm: the villa is old, but a true Mediterranean experience. 「We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was very tidy en clean. Nice interior. Swimming pool (salt water with chlorine) was delightful. The owners are very friendly. The only thing that can be improved is the internet (wifi) connection. The wifi is very slow, unuseful slow. Not suitable for Spotify, Netflix or Social media. We have used our own mobile connection all the time unfortunately ($$). I can nevertheless recommend this house to everyone.」

「Gorgeous place with lovely people. Comfy beds and fabulous breakfast next to the pool. Lots to great restaurants in walking distance and the beach is only a 5 min walk away. Only one comment would be the pool area wasn’t cleaned while we were there so there was quite a bit of rubbish and leaves around. 」
