「The hotel is VERY situated. But honestly, that’s where it ends. Mind you, this is NOT an inexpensive hotel so our expectations were not low. The hotel is old, and can use serious renovations. The AC was loud and clonky, the AC thermostat is original from the 1970s, furniture is old, etc. bottom line, the hotel can use a serious remodeling.」

「A beautiful place to stay. Nice location close to the Santa Fe Plaza, walking distance. Our room was very nice and comfortable, clean, did have problem with the bathroom door, it dragged on the floor due to uneven floor. Staff nice and courteous. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay again and would recommend. 」

「The staff were very helpful and friendly. The property was beautiful! Soaking in the hot springs and animal therapy with the puppies and silky chickens was blissful! The massages were great however my massage therapist did not know the ingredients of the hair oil she was using. My husband said his massage therapist abruptly left after she said “your time is over”. Kinda made him feel like just a number. Some of the bath towels were torn and dirty.
