「The only problem was one of the two elevators was out of service, but it was not the staff's fault. Kids were jumping up and down in it and the result was it needed repairs. Front desk staff was most helpful and we had a light cleaning after the first of two nights we stayed, which was great. Recommend it highly.」

「I was with church team for Convention and this place served us well. The staff is friendly, place is nice and clean. Free breakfast which my kids enjoyed. The rooms were clean, they even had a microwave so we used for our leftovers. Beds were comfortable and we utilized the swimming pool. The water was a little hot hopefully they could make it lukewarm for the summer. The bathrooms are too small that one I didn’t like it. Overall experience was good though.」

「We only spent one night at the new margaritaville in KC but we instantly felt like we were on island time upon arrival. Check in was quick (room was even ready a couple of hours early), rooms are spacious and designed well for functionality, and the pool area was amazing even on a packed day. The pool bar is large however it seemed like they didn’t have enough staff for a busy day and it took a while to get served. Drinks were delish though.
