Casa Binetta B is a characteristic and welcoming two-story independent house situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps four people. From Casa Binetta B you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the hills. Casa Binetta B is 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden and winter heating.
You will be roughly 8.5 km (5.3 miles) from the historical center of Santa Fiora, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find a grocery store at 8 km (roughly 5 miles). You will reach Casa Binetta B from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Binetta B you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going up approximately four stairway steps. The pool is 4.5 meters (14.8 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The area is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a splendid view of the greenery and of the hills. You will share the pool with guests staying at another nearby apartment. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
 Patio
The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with two wood benches and with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the hills.
Ground FloorKitchen
The ceiling of the kitchen has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include a small sofa. The kitchen is also equipped with a satellite television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden. The room also has a window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window with a view of the greenery.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen through an access area.
First FloorBedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
The second bedroom has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, small and equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.
