Just three meters from the sea, Casa Nica is born from a warehouse for boat storage, an old fisherman's cottage of the early '900.
Fully restored, following a restoration also in the recovery of furniture and elements of abandoned boats, functionally used inside the house.
It overlooks the beach which is accessed from the old door that was opened for beaching small boats.
It consists of a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor space.
Fully furnished and equipped with all comforts for a quiet stay a few steps from the sea.
The entrance of the residence is reached via a patio / garden shared with other apartments, from the patio can also be accessed directly by the sea. Guests will also enjoy an exclusive service of chaise longue where you can enjoy moments of relaxation on the beach.
The owners will remain available for any needs of its guests. They will also be excellent "contacts" in the search for useful tips and curiosity to discover the treasures of the area.
The CasaNica is located in the Santa Flavia area, rich for its historical and architectural heritage, landscape but also the gastronomy and popular traditions. The location of the residence, is therefore also ideal for a holiday to discover the "Sicilian treasure". The archaeological site of Solunto, the wonders of Monte Catalfano, Porticello and S. Elia with its fishing villages, the eighteenth-century villas of Bagheria, the Museo Renato Guttuso, are just some of the destinations to visit in the narrow radius of 2 km from the residence. Also Casadisale is 20 Km from Palermo and 50 Km. From Cefalu, easily reached by train destinations from the train station a short distance from the house.

The bungalow was perfect for a short stay. We were meeting family in Palermo but didn’t want to stay close to the city center. Would have been nice for a relaxing weekend as the property is literally on the edge of the sand/sea. Communication with the owners via Whatsapp was easy. They left clear instructions for mostly everything. I would suggest simplifying the garbage instructions however as those were a little confusing and providing paper towels. All in all 10 out of 10. Would definitely return!

Vor den Toren von Palermo. Die Ferienwohnung war absolut traumhaft eingerichtet. Sehr geschmackvoll und der Blick aufs Meer bei offenem Tor bereits zum Frühstück unbezahlbar.

the Beach is small but perfect. enough sand and no nasty rocks. the see is calm without any current. perfect for children and people who want to relax. the locals visit the Beach but are very decent, quiet and clean up after themselves. Restaurant La Rotonda has great burgers (among other delicious treats) and very modest prices. we had a wonderfull, though too short, time

We loved the casa sull'acqua very much: tranquil, very clean and nicely decorated, incredible to have the sea at one's very doorstep. Maia is a lovely lady, carefully seeing to it that everything is in good order. The location is ideal: quite near the motorway and Palermo. We would love to come back some day.

Being able to walk out straight onto the beach is lovely, and the morning sun was a joy. I guess the beach could be quite busy in summer but in October there were very few other people, which suited us fine. It's very sheltered for swimming and quiet too. The apartment has everything you need - I'd heartily recommend it.

Das Haus ein Gedicht, der Strand leider nur mit Abstrichen zu genießen!!! Wer das Mittelmeer aus anderen Ländern kennt, für den ist die Entwicklung erschreckend und wir sehen das NICHT mit deutschen Augen!!! Überhaupt ist so viel Müll an den Stränden und in den Städten - wir bedauern diese Entwicklung sehr.

L'appartamento è ristrutturato con buon gusto: composto da una cucina, la zona con un divano letto ed il tavolo per il pranzo, il bagno ed 1 sola stanza con letto matrimoniale. Essenziale, adatto ad 1 massimo 2 persone, non è provvisto di lavatrice, ma di wi -fi e TV oltre all'aria condizionata nella stanza da letto, non è dotato di lavatrice, a disposizione degli ospiti lettino ed ombrellone e doccia esterna. Molto pulito e curato nei dettagli. La proprietaria e le sue collaboratrici sono molto disponibili ed attente ai propri ospiti. La proprietà non ha posto auto, personalmente non ho trovato difficoltà a trovare parcheggio sulla strada, ma ho soggiornato in un periodo relativamente tranquillo. Si trova realmente in riva al mare di cui si può godere la meraviglia all'alba ed al tramonto. Durante la giornata la spiaggetta, essendo pubblica, è letteralmente INVASA, e quello che dovrebbe essere un sogno di riposo e silenzio si trasforma in un corpo a corpo per sistemare il lettino e vivere la giornata di balneazione, tra urla, venditori di cocco bello e pannocchie e bambini scatenati. E' necessario avere l'auto per potere andare a fare la spesa od un passeggio serale in quanto nelle vicinanze non vi sono supermercati raggiungibili a piedi ed Il paese non offre opportunità di passeggiate. La spiaggia, oltre i 200 metri su cui viene effettuata la pulizia dei residui di pic nic lasciati durante la giornata da chi trascorre l'intera giornata al mare, è relativamente corta e piena di immondizia abbadonata. Ovviamente la situazione circostante non dipende dalla proprietà dell'immobile, ma se ci si aspetta un contesto di assoluto riposo psico-fisico lo si può sicuramente trovare dalle 18.00 alle 08.30 del mattino seguente.

Après l'agitation des rues et le bruit de la circulation la maison de Maïa est un havre de paix...on entend juste la mer ! La maison est agencée avec beaucoup de soin, belle vaisselle régionale, des meubles restaurés et remis au goût du jour, on se sent chez soi, Maïa qui parle un français parfait est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes, elle connait parfaitement la Sicile, donne des conseils précieux, résoud les petits problèmes avec le sourire, nous avons même eu droit à une part du gâteau d'anniversaire de Léon le fils de Maia...une adresse précieuse à conserver

Wir waren Ende September in diesem Ferienhaus. Es war wirklich super, super schön !!! Das Meer direkt vor der Tür und das Wasser total klar. Für Menschen die die Entspannung und Ruhe suchen, genau das Richtige. Wir waren eine Woche dort und waren traurig als wieder nach Hause mussten. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt nochmal wieder. Das Haus am Strand war genauso schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Lage war tatsächlich direkt am Strand. Die Einrichtung ist sehr neu, da das Haus erst kürzlich renoviert wurde. Stilistisch ist alles perfekt abgestimmt, was auch daran liegt, dass die Hausherrin vieles selbst macht, z.B. Möbel lackiert. Bis hin zum Geschirr ist alles handverlesen ausgesucht und rundet die Einrichtung ab. Wir wurden sehr nett von Maia und Giulio empfangen. Es gab die Möglichkeit, eine Bootstour mit Giulio zu machen. Wir können dieses Erlebnis nur jedem wärmstens empfehlen. 3 Stunden waren wir mit dem Hausherren an der wunderschönen Küste unterwegs, um dann in einer Bucht zu baden. Für 2 Personen ist das Haus perfekt geeignet und wir können es nur jedem empfehlen. Was aus der Beschreibung nicht richtig ersichtlich wird, ist, dass das Haus/ die Wohnung nicht so abgeschieden ist, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Das heisst, dass am Strand vor der Tür auch andere Dorfbewohner liegen und es teilweise recht laut zugeht an einem lebhaften italienischen Strand. Gegen abend (17/18 Uhr) sind die Badegäste aber verschwunden und man kann den Ausblick in Ruhe genießen und hat den Strand für sich. Außerdem ist die Wohnung natürlich nicht die einzige. Das Haus verfügt über 6 Appartments, es sind also noch andere Leute auf dem Anwesen. Jeder hat aber seinen separaten Terrassenbereich, daher ist das in Ordnung. Im Ort (Casteldaccia) ist zwar selbst nicht viel los, aber nur wenige 100 m vom Haus entfernt, liegt ein gutes Restaurant. Außerdem ist man schnell für Ausflüge in Palermo oder Cefalù. Wer frisches Brot zum Frühstück möchte, kann den praktischen Bäckerdienst nutzen, der täglich um 10.30 Uhr am Haus vorbeifährt. Einziger Kritikpunkt könnte die Ausrichtung des Schlafzimmers sein, denn das Fenster führt zur Terrasse einer anderen Wohnung und es kann abends/nachts entsprechend laut werden. Aber man kann den Abend ja auch wunderbar auf der toll dekorierten Terrasse verbringen. Leider sind wir nicht in den Genuss eines Home-Dinners gekommen. Die Hausherrin kocht nämlich gelegentlich für Ihre Gäste. Es ist also eine gute Gelegenheit mit den Einheimischen und den anderen Gästen in Kontakt zu kommen. Wir würden (und werden vielleicht) das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und danken unseren Gastgebern für die schöne Zeit!

We were welcomed in a very nice way in spite of our late arrival. To lay the table outside and open the doors with the sea just a few steps outside was a fascinating experience. A very well equipped kitchen. Nice and clean with a nice bed. To wake up in the morning and take a morning swim in the sea just outside the door was awsome. The baker came every morning and the greengrocer every other day. Bars and restaurants a couple of minuters away. Kajaks to rent just nearby. Maia and Guilio always there to help you.
