「地點很好，房間乾淨整齊，應該是一個不錯的選擇。可惜一直沒收到事先48小時要傳送的入住登記連結，苦等不到後前一晚聯繫hotels.com的客服。告知情況，線上人員查詢後告知該飯店必須線上事先入住登記，代打電話聯繫飯店，線上等待後服務人員回覆飯店方下午5點後就不接電話，會持續幫忙追蹤還發email確認此事件。可惜當天至下午3點都無任何回覆。只好直接打電話給飯店（此時還無法用whatapp聯繫），等待冗長的語音後終於有人回應，詢問完整資料（姓名，訂房編號）後才說要先線上登記，再詢問我的email信箱（逐字確認）後終於收到連結完成登記方可前往入住。此時才有商業登記的whatsapp號碼。這一切過程讓在外旅遊的我心力交瘁。」
